My friend, my dog and I spent a week in Craig’s van Ria, touring around part of the NC500 and venturing over to Lewis, Harris and Skye! This was truly a trip of a lifetime, made all the better by Craig being absolutely brilliant, incredibly helpful and on hand anytime for a quick call whenever we needed a question answered. With both of us being relatively new to driving a van, Craig quickly made us feel at ease, talking us through everything and sending us off with a wave of confidence and excitement. Ria was an absolutely treat to tour Scotland with, the gorgeous orange exterior making folk smile as they walked by, and bringing us mountains of joy and fun along with it. We truly had the best time, so much so we’re considering buying our own van! Would highly recommend Freedom Campervans, and will definitely be back in the future for more adventures! Craig was extremely helpful from our first inquiry onwards. He gave us lots of informatiion to prepare us for the trip and the fittings and features of the campervan.
Craig was also easily contactable during our trip away if we had any questions. This helped us to have peace of mind whilst away.
We spent 6 nights in Mork, as a group of 2 adults and 2 kids. There is limited space in a van and we certainly filled it! As time went on we found better ways to store our belongings and got into the rhythm of "van life"! Our last night wild camping was particularly memorable - in a beautifully remote spot in the highlands. We loved our first camper van adventure to the West Coast, Isle of Skye and Highlands.
Mork is really well equipped, we used the heating a bit on those chillier evenings and mornings, and the oven helped to make cooking that little bit easier. I would recommend this trip to anyone!

Nous avons loué un van à Craig début juillet cette année, c’était une grande première pour nous et tous s’est passé à merveille. Craig nous a accompagné dès le départ par message whats app, nous apportant toutes les informations nécessaires à un séjour réussi. Même pendant le séjour avec de super conseil. Nous avons eu de très bons échanges également par e-mail. Craig nous a mis en confiance rapidement. J’avais quelques réticences sur le paiement de la caution par virement en avance j’ai fait confiance et j’ai eu raison, aucune raison de douter. Tout est carré et honnêteté . Le voyage en lui même une vraie aventure, un van confort 4 étoiles, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour se sentir bien. Le véhicule est maniable, très sûr et nous avons eu un pincement au cœur de le quitter. Je recommande fortement Craig et sa flotte de van pour votre aventure en Ecosse. Si nous revenons nous referons appel aux services de Craig les yeux fermés.

Nous venons de passer une semaine extraordinaire avec des paysages somptueux et des spots pour dormir grandioses ! Craig a été génial avant et surtout pendant le voyage. Il a été très accueillant et très à l'écoute en nous permettant d'affiner notre voyage avec les choses à faire et à ne pas faire. Savoir que l'on pouvait compter sur quelqu'un du pays et être en contact quotidiennement avec lui etait vraiment rassurant. Concernant le van, il n'y a rien à redire il est exactement comme la description, fonctionnel et très facile à conduire, il faudrait juste élargir les routes d'Écosse 😋 . Nous avons prévu de revenir en Écosse toujours en van, ce sera avec celui de Craig ou le nôtre si notre projet d'achat a abouti...
We have just spent an extraordinary week with sumptuous landscapes and grandiose sleeping spots! Craig was brilliant before and especially during the trip. He was very welcoming and very attentive allowing us to refine our trip with the do's and don'ts. Knowing that you could count on someone from the country and be in daily contact with him was really reassuring. Regarding the van, there is nothing to complain about it is exactly like the description, functional and very easy to drive, it would just be necessary to widen the roads of Scotland 😋 . We plan to return to Scotland still in a van, it will be with Craig's or ours if our purchase project is successful...

Je recommande à 100% Craig qui s'est rendu très disponible avant le voyage, au moment de la réception du véhicule et pendant en prenant des nouvelles. Le véhicule était très propre, en très bon état avec tout le nécessaire pour bien débuter ses vacances. Je conseille de commencer par aller vers des destinations moins touristiques pour une bonne prise en main du véhicule et être plus à l'aise avec la conduite à gauche. Une super expérience !😉

Nous sommes extrêmement reconnaissants envers Craig sans qui ce voyage n’aurait pas été possible. Il a prit le temps de nous accueillir chaleureusement et nous a expliquer tout de À à Z. Nous sommes partis sereins pour cette aventure en Écosse. Le van était très bien équipé et nous n’avons pas manqué de chaleur avec la couette en plume d’oie ! Top du top !!!

We had a great time with Craig`s campervan in the highlands, the car is well equipped and Craig gave us a detailed introduction about the van. When we massaged during the trip we got support from our host promptly and also helpful hints for interesting points to visit. It was a great experience - thank you!

Van fidèle à l’annonce. Il manquerait un taut pour les jours de pluie.
Le moins : une puce de géolocalisation est installée à bord et nous nous en sommes rendus compte peu après notre départ sans en avoir été informés par le propriétaire qui aurait dû le faire , par pure politesse et respect de la vie privée, même si je peux comprendre la nécessité d’en avoir une ( bon passer en van hors du RU me semble toutefois compliqué..)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à bord du van de Craig qui a toujours été à l'écoute et de bons conseils lors de notre voyage. Le véhicule était conforme à l'annonce, très confortable et bien équipé.
Nous le remercions également pour son souci apporté à la sécurité des passagers notamment lorsqu'il y a des enfants à bord du véhicule.
