After an initial hiccup with the app we had a smooth handover. The vendor was very helpful and explained everything in detail. The VW lived up to expectations and was kitted out with everything we needed. It was like Home from home, albeit a little smaller. 🤪 We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend. Louise and her husband were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We experienced some connectivity issues with the handover documents, but that was clearly an application issue and out of Louise’s hands, hence the 4 stars. I only mention this as it’s a prompt note for the review. Notwithstanding this, Louise was super flexible and efficient and made the best of everything so as not to affect my trip.” Bubble” the van was clean, well equipped and everything that we could have wished for. We have booked with Louise again for a forthcoming trip and look forward to another adventure 😎
