I hired Beatrice, Juley’s motorhome, for a road trip around Wales with my daughter and our dog, Lola — and it honestly couldn’t have been a better experience! From the moment we booked, Juley was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, helpful, and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for our trip. Her communication was brilliant, and she took the time to explain how everything worked, which made us feel completely at ease before setting off. Beatrice herself was a dream — spotless, comfortable, and so well equipped with everything we could possibly need. She handled the Welsh roads with ease! We made some truly special memories — my daughter loved the adventure, and Lola was in her element exploring all the new places. It was the perfect way to see Wales and spend quality time together. Thank you so much, Juley, for sharing Beatrice with us and for being such a wonderful host. We’ll definitely be booking again for another adventure soon!

Jules was great. Beatrice is kitted out with everything you need. She was so helpful and kind to us a newbies to the camper van life! We stayed in great sites having joined the Caravan and Camping Club. We even stopped and had lunch by a lake. It was so cozy and easy.

Beatrice is een uitstekende bus. De motor leek geweldig. Op het moment van schrijven had hij slechts 50.000 kilometer op de teller staan, ondanks dat het een busje was dat 15 jaar oud was. Juley leverde standaard een heleboel dingen die ik niet echt had verwacht: beddengoed, handdoeken, afwasmiddel. Tijdens onze reis gingen er een paar kleine onderdelen van het interieur kapot (naar mijn mening door de leeftijd van het interieur van de bus). Juley was heel begripvol bij terugkomst en probeerde ons niet te laten betalen. Alles is te repareren, dus tegen de tijd dat iemand die dit leest de bus huurt, zou alles in orde moeten zijn. De overdracht was uitstekend. Juley was erg geduldig met ons, aangezien we voor het eerst een camper huurden, en zorgde ervoor dat we tevreden waren met de instructies. Het enige minpuntje aan de camper was de nauwkeurigheid van de meter voor de watertank. We vertrouwden hem niet (blijkbaar is dit wel vaker bij campers). Soms bleef de meter hangen. We hebben het 4 nachten achter elkaar 'off grid' volgehouden, zonder elektriciteitsaansluiting en zonder het water bij te vullen. Dit ondanks dat we maar met z'n drieën in de bus zaten en we reisden met heel wat flessen water om de watertank van de bus aan te vullen. Al met al erg tevreden met onze eerste huur. We zouden weer naar Juley gaan en Beatrice weer meenemen.

Juley welcome was warm and professional. The hand over process was very straightforward. Beatrice was a wonderful home away from home for 5 days of toring the South coast of England. The camper was equipped with everything we needed, along with some thoughtful extras provided by Juley. The camper drove well and we enjoyed trouble free touring for the duration of our time on the road. Duvets and blankets were clean,warm and snuggly. Beatrice provided us with lots of functional space to relax and enjoy the sights. Highly recommend Juley and Beatrice if you fancy a getaway.
