Clara was as described, easy to drive, clean and comfy to sleep in. We took a gazebo for living and eating space and used the van for cooking and sleeping. Had a lovely long weekend (4 nights) on a campsite. Off grid very useful and usb charging in the lights for phone charging made that no problem! Emma was very responsive to contact and lovely when we met up on collection and return.

Clara was perfect. Very clean, lots of storage.well set out. Beds comfortable. She drove well and was reliable. We did not use the shower/toilet but it was a very handy wardrobe. I was really impressed with the solar panel as we were off grid for four days and still had a fridge! Emma was helpful and friendly. A great trip.

Emma was a pleasure to deal with throughout the booking, especially when the van developed an unexpected mechanical fault and we had to cut our trip short. She was always available by phone, kept in regular contact, and processed the refund she was responsible for promptly and in accordance with Goboony's guidance. I couldn't have asked for a more helpful and understanding owner. Unfortunately, my experience with Goboony has been very different. Despite the trip ending early through no fault of either myself or Emma, Goboony appears to believe it is entitled to retain its full fees, leaving me significantly out of pocket. I intend to challenge this, as I believe it is both unfair and unreasonable. I hope I will be able to update this review in the near future if Goboony resolves the matter fairly. Until then, both renters and owners should be aware that, if a trip is disrupted by circumstances beyond anyone's control, they may receive far less support and consideration from Goboony than they might reasonably expect.

What a fantastic campervan! I had the pleasure of being the first person to hire Clara and it was perfect for the week I had away at a festival. The layout and amenities are perfect in my opinion, with lpg for cooking and excellent heating and hot water powered by a top notch solar setup this is 100% ready for off-grid adventures. It was great to meet Emma, whose handover was super helpful, backed up by the instruction booklet with all the details needed to work the controls for all the gadgets. I really hope to hire this again for bigger adventures!!
