Ian's camper was perfect for my first ever hire and trip away in a camper.
Communication was great and the information that Ian provided for the use of the van was so helpful. Hand over was easy.
As this was my first trip I just travelled to the east cost. The journey was great in the VW, with a few seaside stops on the way to the camp site.
Camping went well. Ian's camper had everything you needed for a night away, he even left us a few biscuits and pastries, which went down well!!

Ian's van is a amazing and so is Ian. The van was extremely clean, comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. I spent the weekend at a craft festival and it was just what I needed. The van also attracted a lot of attention as other people wanted to see just how good it was. Ian was brilliant, he kept me updated at every step from initial enquiry to booking at check out and check in. He even sent me a message during my trip to check everything was OK and if I needed anything. I would hesitate to recommend Ian and his van to anyone who wants a great campervan experience..

Thinking of buying a campervan so hired Ian's to see what using one was like before committing. Ian was really helpful, answered all our questions regarding the actual hire beforehand very promptly. He gave us a very thorough run through of the van and contents before we set off. The van was easy to drive and had everything we needed for our three day trip. Nice touch having milk,tea and some breakfast bits provided for first morning. Would definitely recommend hiring this van. We have decided to go ahead with our own purchase.

This was my first time in a Campervan as I was thinking of buying one and wanted to try the experience first. I was on a week's photo trip and wanted to move around a lot, which I did. The VW T5.1 was well described and the GoBoony system was OK to manage, although following the communication threads was a little difficult at times. By GoBoony handling the deposits, insurance, breakdown etc both the owner and user are ensured a smooth ride for the hire. I did have a problem with one of the back windows inexpicable breaking when I was driving, but breakdown came quickly and with a temporary fix continued without much of a disruption to my schedule. I negotiated a cost to repair with the owner and it was settled amicably through the GoBoony depost system.
If I wanted to hire another Campervan then I would have no hesitation in using GoBoony again. But I won't, as I discoverd I'm really not a camper! So I saved myself a ruck load of money buying one.
