I'm ready and excited to take you on a proper adventure. Bring the dog — four-legged travellers are very welcome on board.
I'm a VW T5 Transporter campervan with a panoramic pop-top roof and a rib bed. I can sleep up to four, which makes me a surprisingly practical choice for families or small groups who want to travel simply and enjoy the experience without overcomplicating it. The pop-top gives you space and light, and with the panoramic panel you can lie back, look up and take in the night sky properly. There's something special about that.
I don't yet have fitted units on board, although I don't have a kitchen fitted, I do come with small camping stove for simple cooking, cooking utensils, a couple of camping chairs and a table. Think of it as camping with a very comfortable bed and the freedom to travel wherever the road takes you.
I live just outside Romsey in Hampshire, which puts me perfectly placed for some of the best destinations in the south:
New Forest — wild ponies, ancient woodland, cycling and walking
Bournemouth — sandy beaches and a great seafront
Southampton — shopping, city walks and access to the Isle of Wight
Portsmouth — historic dockyard, great food and ferry connections
Jurassic Coast — Dorset's stunning coastline and fossil beaches
South Downs — incredible walking and countryside
For safety, I carry a smoke and carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher and fire blanket.
Optional extras are available to make your trip even better. These include linen packs, drive away awnings, a Portaloo for proper off-grid adventures, and stand up paddle boards (SUPs). Everything can be arranged closer to your booking date — just ask.
One thing to note: I am going in to get fitted for my kitchen at the beginning of June and there is no collection or return available from Saturday 13th June to Sunday 14th June 2026 as we will be away. Collections and returns before or after these dates are absolutely fine, and WhatsApp support will be available throughout.
