We spent wonderful holidays in Scotland with this van and James was really nice during the pick-up/checkout. However, we had a few issues with the van compared to the listing. We couldn't sleep in the pop-up roof as there was no mattress, the van lacked a few places to store food, clothes, and other items while driving, there was no wedge to level up the van and no grey water tank, leaving us to spill dirty water directly on the ground. Also, we were not made aware we'd have to make a deposit on the day and the pick-up place changed a few days before collection of the van. We also booked with the specific option to collect it in the morning but in the end we were told it would be from 1pm. Finally, the usb plugs were not connected to the battery so the van had to be plugged in or switched on for us to charge our phones. All in all we had a good experience but the listing should be updated.
