Toilet didn't work, main door doesn't open without using the type of force that could break it, and many more. Owners admiitted some of the problems saying it takes months to get repairs, but underplayed others. Then wanted to keep the deposit, for a door that was already damaged and a knob that could be replaced for a few pounds. Go to a proper hire company is my advice as their business depends on the vans beinbg proerly maintained.
