The owner is extremely clear and available for any explanations. Kindly took the time to go over tech details since I had never used a caravan before. We travelled to France and did a mix of country side and city. The van is confortable, feels safe for driving and night time, plus it is extremely well equipped and neat/ cares for, with everything you need to sleep over/ bathe/ eat for more than a week, including if you travel with kids.
