Prior to collection Paul sent a very useful video illustrating how to set up the van which helped the actual handover. The whole process of hiring was efficient, Paul was flexible on collection and return times enabling arrival at the camp site while the sun was still out.
Barney is a quality camper van conversion in first class condition which I can recommend.
