Great experience from start to finish.
The campervan was great. 4 adults spent 10 days there and could easily have spent even more. The equipment was sufficient (one broken cup, but we reported it after returning, I hope they replaced it).
The back seat had a defect and it happened every time I started driving. We contacted the customer service, but they never tried to provide advice or help. It wasn't very bothersome for us and it didn't spoil our trip, but it could have been dangerous if there were children sitting there. I hope it has been fixed. Overall, everything was great and we will definitely repeat our camper vacation in the future.
Rachel from customer service was helpful and clearly explained everything and showed us what was what.
Would recommend.
