We spent 12 days travelling around Devon and Cornwall in Richard’s camper, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with how it went. Pick-up was smooth, with clear explanations about the van, and throughout the trip Richard was always just a message away, every question got answered quickly and kindly. The levelling blocks weren’t in the van, and we only realised we needed them once we were actually at a campsite! Richard sorted it out for us right away, no fuss at all. Honest, easy communication the whole way through — exactly what you want when you’re relying on someone for two weeks. The camper itself was comfy - with the four of us it’s obviously not massive, but perfect for a family trip and being outside most of the time. Our kids absolutely loved it, the camper itself was already half the adventure for them. Would happily recommend Richard to anyone looking for a reliable, helpful host. Thanks for everything, we had a brilliant time!

We had the absolute pleasure of hiring this campervan from Richard. Richards communication was excellent and he went through everything thoroughly on collection, even let us leave our car with him. The campervan is excellent and has everything you need, ample kitchen utensils and cooking equipment, cleaning supplies and more. You really did just need your clothes and you where off! The van was eaay to drive and very comfortable sleeping arrangements. We would love to hire from Richard again in the future. Thank you!

We hebben een fantastische reis gehad in Richards camper. Richard nam ruim de tijd voor ons tijdens de eerste overdracht. Omdat we nieuw waren in de wereld van campers en Goboony, hebben we dat enorm gewaardeerd. Het Goboony GoForm-proces was eenvoudig te volgen. De camper had alles wat we nodig hadden en meer! De cabine was erg comfortabel voor langere ritten en de airconditioning werkte uitstekend. De draaibare stoelen maakten de woonkamer echt comfortabel om 's avonds laat te ontspannen. De keuken was goed uitgerust. De koelkast, oven en spoelbak waren allemaal zeer bruikbaar. Omdat het warm was, waren de zonwering/insectenbescherming en de luifel erg handig. We konden genieten van een heerlijk briesje in de camper. Het hefdak was erg leuk. Je moet wel fysiek sterk genoeg zijn om de ladder op te klimmen, het hefdak naar beneden te trekken en vast te zetten, maar ik denk niet dat dat ongebruikelijk is bij dit type auto. Richard leverde een zeer nuttige handleiding voor het busje, die we vaak raadpleegden. Nog een tip: let op dat je je hoofd niet stoot tegen de arm van het fietsenrek wanneer je de achterdeur sluit. We maakten een reis naar Wales met onze twee kleine hondjes voor vier nachten, waarbij we onderweg op een paar campings overnachtten. We hebben fantastische herinneringen gemaakt en hopen in de toekomst weer bij Richard te boeken.

I very rarely write reviews, but on this occasion I felt I had to make an exception. Richard and the Swift Trekker X were both excellent. Our interactions with Richard from Moonlight Adventures, and the booking process through Goboony, were nothing but first-class. From the quick response to our initial enquiry, to the phone call a few days before our holiday to run through the campervan, Richard's introduction and briefing on the van, assistance whilst we were out on the road, and even when we dropped the van off, he could not have been more accommodating or helpful. As for the van itself, it's a real head-turner and comfortably accommodated myself, two teenagers, and Rollo the family dog. It was an absolute pleasure to drive and, despite its size, I had no real issues parking it thanks to the rear-view camera. As first-time campervanners, we were a little apprehensive at first, but Richard took the time to talk us through all the features and workings of the van. By the time we hit the open road, we felt completely confident and ready for the adventure ahead. The campervan has everything you could possibly need, but the pop-top gets a special mention. It's worth booking this van for the pop-top alone. With the sides fully unzipped and rolled up, it was an absolute pleasure sitting up there and taking in the views. We had a fantastic road trip and wouldn't hesitate to hire from Richard again. The whole experience had a real wow factor, from the van itself to the support we received throughout. Highly recommended.

This was our first goboony camper vanhire and, thanks to Richard, it couldn't have gone more smoothly. Our handover was really helpful - everything was demonstrated and explained and Richard was then super responsive to any follow up questions we had. We headed to Swanage for a reunion with a big friendship group and the stunning campervan was the envy of many leading to many 'viewings'. The extra height and space was great and, in hot weather, the van stayed cool with the doors open and fly screens drawn. It was also very well equipped and we had everything we needed. We plan to hire the Swift Trekker X again and will probably also make use of the additional inflatable drive-away awning.
