We had a fabulous few days with Vera, the campervan. John was incredibly patient and very thorough with the handover. He even let me call round a couple of weeks prior to our actual trip so I could see what sort of van I'd be hiring. Vera was a joy to drive and we had a magical few days in Aberystwyth for my daughter's graduation. The campervan was just right for our needs and really well equipped. We were camping in the middle of the latest heatwave and I was worried that sleeping in the van was going to be stuffy and that we'd overheat. However, with the windows slightly open it was perfect. Now I've had a practice run I'm already looking forward to our next campervan trip. Thank you John (& Vera!)

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our time away in Vera. Comprehensive hand over with an explanation of all the extra gadgets included in the van to add to our campervan experience. Also really appreciated the extra tips from John before arriving to pick up the van to make our trip more comfortable.

The campervan is exactly as described and is very well equipped. John was great. He was very responsive to queries prior to the collection and provided very clear instructions and advice on the day of the pick up. We really enjoyed out short weekend trip into North Wales in Vera. It was our first time in a campervan but I found Vera easy to drive and it felt like a good balance between driveability and living space, which was ample for the two of us and our collie dog. John was flexible with pick up and drop-off times which worked well for me and the handover was excellent - covering all essential information and when there was a snag, John was immediately available on the phone to help sort it out. Worth a mention is the diesel heater which I thought was impressive...I needn't have worried about getting cold at night. John and Jane have clearly put a lot of thought into kitting out Vera as it was well equipped and we were wanting for nothing. I'd happily hire Vera again and would recommend to friends.
