Turned up to collect the camper but the owner wasnt there and instead his brother handed over the camper. While inspecting the camper we informed him that the tap didnt work. He wasnt able to fix it, we had no choice but to accept this problem as it was too late to find a alternative. When we brought the camper home, we realised it was dirty inside and even has mould in the fridge( I have photo as evidence). We had to stock up on water bottles due to not having a working tap, we didnt book campsites so fully needed the tap to work for washing up and washing etc. The battery on the van wasnt great, at some points we were worried it wouldn't start but thankfully it always did. The owner admitted he was away and forgot he had us collecting the camper. He wasnt understanding about the inconvenience of not having a working tap although it was for us as a family of 4 not staying at campsites. A shame as we would have used this camper for many planned trips in the future. Augustus 2026

When we picked up the van Lorenzo wasn’t available but he sent over a colleague who showed us how things worked etc. We drove to Pickering and had a few lovely days around that area. It was our first experience in a motor home and surprisingly we both really enjoyed it. Easy enough to push up the extendable roof, which was definitely needed for the extra height inside. It was easy to hook it up to the electric mains when on the camp site. It was great to have an awning too which gave us extra outside room with a pump to blow it up. Also in the van was a table and chairs set, cutlery etc. Lorenzo was available there to meet us when we dropped the van off. We would use this van again. April 2026

Excellent handover. Transporter was very well equipped and clean. Using the awning made a big difference to the trip and was easy to set up. Comfortably dealt with 60mph winds on the Northumberland coast. Would definately recommend to others and will rent again. Lorenzo was very helpful and responded quickly to questions about the van. Lorenzo was very accommodating and the vehicle was superb to drive. Very clean, lots of storage, we had absolutely no issues with the van. I personally found it quite difficult to get back home once I’d dropped the vehicle off because I didn’t have anyone to drive there with me and I had to drop it off during work hours which wasn’t the most convenient. Overall the experience was very smooth and I had a lovely time driving the van. November 2025

We booked Lorenzo’s campervan very last minute (the day before departure) after we had our original booking cancelled due to a mechanical fault. Lorenzo was extremely helpful, and couldn’t have been more accommodating. His communication was fantastic from start to finish. He showed us everything we needed to know when we picked up the van and reassured us that we could contact him with any questions during the trip, but the van was so well set up we didn’t need to. The van itself was great, converted to a high standard and really easy to drive. The beds were very comfortable, and our two children absolutely loved sleeping in the pop-up bed. It had everything we needed for our trip, and even during a night of really bad weather (when a few tents on the campsite didn’t survive!), the van kept us warm, dry and comfortable. I would highly recommend both Lorenzo and his canpervan. Juli 2025

Thorough handover excellent communication. Went to south Wales. Van easy to drive, parking no issues. Very comfortable beds, not enough storage space for me but I probably over packed. Our first time in a campervan, easy to set up once we got into a routine. Would recommend for short trips for a couple. Has awning which we didn’t use but would need if more than 2 people. Mei 2025
