Really positive experience hiring this camper van. Kevin couldn’t have been more accommodating & professional. He took the time to show all the components necessary for taking the van out on the road which put me at ease & set the whole trip off on an affirming note. The van is in great shape & handles really well. She got us to our destinations while providing a top base & some really pleasant nights sleeps. The fridge was so useful to be able to have cold drinks at hand with ample space for various meals in there. The pop top roof provides more space than expected when inside. Would do it all again & would like to. Would highly recommend ⛅️ Juni 2026

Kevin was a fantastic host. He made our first experience in a campervan really easy. He was very friendly and accommodating and he gave clear simple instructions with what needed to be done. The van itself was great and had everything we needed. Very meticulously maintained snd equipped and ofcourse it's an eye catcher on the roads. We went away to ulswater and had a brilliant time. We hebben in Pasen 2026 een week doorgebracht in deze prachtige camper. 2 volwassenen, 2 kinderen (van 6 en 8 jaar) en een hond. De bestelwagen werd door onze twee kinderen uitgekozen. We hebben de NC500 gereden met een twist, waarbij we de Glencoe Highland Pass en het eiland Skye hebben gecombineerd. Het busje is erg comfortabel voor lange ritten. Een paar weken voor de reis gingen we bij Kevin langs om te bespreken hoe alles werkte. Hij was erg vriendelijk en zette zelfs de daktent op zodat de kinderen erin konden zitten terwijl wij de belangrijkste zaken doornamen. De camper is prima geschikt voor gebruik zonder stroomaansluiting en de dieselkachel gaat lang mee en houdt je warm tijdens de koudere nachten. Onze aanbevelingen: Voor Kevin: zorg voor een extra zelfopblazend matras voor het rock-'n-rollbed. Kevin levert een zelfopblazend matras voor de daktent en een groter matras voor het rock-'n-rollbed, maar vanwege ruimtegebrek konden we die laatste niet meenemen. Dat was geen probleem, maar het zou wel voor extra comfort hebben gezorgd. Voor toekomstige klanten: als je de NC500 rijdt, doe het dan rustig aan, de gaten in de weg in de Schotse Hooglanden zijn enorm! Kevins busje heeft een verlaagde wielkast, die wil je natuurlijk niet beschadigen! Wij hadden onze reis goed gepland, mede dankzij de kinderen, dus we waren goed voorbereid op de tijdsplanning. Houd er rekening mee dat je reis langzamer zal verlopen, zeker in de zomer. Kevin, we kunnen je niet genoeg bedanken, wat een mooie camper en een geweldige gastheer. We had a wonderful weekend away to the Scottish Highlands in Kevin’s van. The van is extremely well equipped with everything you would need for a trip away. We were very cosy and comfortable despite the snow and freezing weather outside! Kevin provided a very comprehensive handover and was approachable and contactable throughout the whole weekend if we had any questions. We would definitely hire with Kevin again. 10 star service! We had an absolutely fantastic experience renting a campervan from Kevin. From the very start, Kevin was excellent to deal with and the handover was seamless. We genuinely felt looked after, and he made the whole experience feel personal by accommodating our needs with flexible pick-up and drop-off times, which made our trip completely stress-free. The van itself was brilliant—immaculate, beautifully maintained, and a dream to drive. It was incredibly comfortable to sit in and wonderfully cosy, making it the perfect home on wheels. We spent three amazing nights on the road in Scotland and loved every moment of it. We would 100% recommend Kevin and his campervan to anyone considering a road trip, and we wouldn’t hesitate to choose Kevin again for our next adventure. Excellent handover by Kevin. Explained everything so we could get the best out of the van. Van is very clean and comfortable and easy to drive. Lots of compliments from other people where we were staying(metal detecting on Scottish borders)about the van. Kevin obviously wanted us to have a great time which we did. If I could rate more stars I would. Firstly, Kevin is a really nice guy. Very easy to talk to and very helpful. From making the booking up to the trip, I was in contact with him and nothing was ever a problem. He would reply almost immediately with an answer for every question I had. Prior to the trip Kevin called me to go through any amenities I would like for the van and supplied them no bother. Kevin was very flexible with pick up and drop off times which was a huge help. It’s very obvious that Kevin takes a lot of pride is in vehicles, the van itself was absolutely immaculate and finished to a high standard inside. I had a great time driving it. I went to the Lake District and even on those high, winding, single track roads the van absolutely smashed it with no problems. It was a breeze to drive. There was just myself and my wife and we had plenty of room inside and it was very comfortable. I couldn’t recommend Kevin and his van any more highly. September 2025
