Me and my partner had such a wonderful experience with Big Bertha. We booked in a week, and every part of the experience was so simple and enjoyable.
The communication from Morgan and Jay was fantastic, and they were lovely. They provided such a fantastic service and made the whole process so easy and pleasant. They were on hand to help when needed, but very little help was needed ultimately, due to the fact that they had provided such clear guides and instructions. They were punctual and a safe pair of hands. This was our first time using this service, and it couldn't have been a better experience, and that is due to the effort that Morgan and Jay put in.
The motorhome itself was impeccable and genuinely delightful. Spacious, well stocked, really comfortable. I'm 6'7 and found Big Bertha to be really spacious, and the main bed was particularly roomy, which was a nice surprise.
We also really appreciated the price point. It's a very reasonable price for the quality provided, and we will definitely be renting Big Bertha again. We would highly recommend.
