We’re sorry you found the collection process frustrating. The forms and checks completed at both collection and drop-off are requirements set by Goboony and are in place to protect both the owner and the hirer. We also understand your comments regarding the insurance arrangements and the time taken for the deposit to be returned. Unfortunately, these are processes managed by Goboony, so they are outside of our control and we’re unable to change how they are handled. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and are glad that, overall, you enjoyed the motorhome.
