This was a first time hire for us and pickup handover from Harriet was quick and efficient. The van was well presented and clean with all facilities easy to use with comprehensive instructions. We took the van down into Wales stopping at Beddgelert, Barmouth and finishing at the Pen-y-bont site at Bala. The van has been converted to a high spec. with good joinery used to make cupboards, seating and bed area. We didn't use the shower because the facilities on each site were so convenient.
