Jessika's motorhome was almost new and very comfortable. Booking was easy and fast. We however had two damages; 1 on our account, 1 hit by a third party on a nightstop parking place in UK. No damage reports available in motorhome. We reported both damages promptly and asked Jessika to be in contact with the third party and claim the damage. Then all misery started. Many emails to GOBOONY and numerous requests to Jessika were not answered. The occasional answer they gave was straight BS. Then, after more than 4 months, Jessika revealed she had a separate insurance and never ever even tried to contact the third party; ( where she even made a double claim on our damage) All that time she kept my deposit ( 2500 euro) on hold, claiming "there was more to come". In the end of this ongoing frustration she told me it would be better and faster to pay the third party damage myself. GOBOONY , GOLOONY, NEVER AGAIN Support of Goboony dramatic. Oktober 2025
