Communication from the start was great. Handover was very thorough - allow about an hour to go through all the van’s features. Easy to drive, clean and well cared for. The van has everything you need, just bring bedding and food. We took our bikes and stayed in pangbourne near reading. Very basic campsite - would have preferred something with better bathroom facilities. Great to try out the van before we buy, now looking for our own. Collection is near billingshurst station if you are travelling without a car, or can leave your car on the drive. Highly recommend Marie and Andrews vw campervan.
