Phil is an excellent communicator and patient at handover. Explained everything and made himself available for the entirety of our journey. We travelled the NC500 and the van handled the roads well. We were cozy enough through the most coldest days and nights. We always booked into caravan parks and used their facilities- for no reason other than convenience. I would definitely hire this van again
