Wendy was very friendly and helpful. Demonstrated how to use everything. She was flexible and communicated speedily. Easy to drive and we found it easy to set up each time, although would try to pack more lightly another time! The van was very clean and well equipped. We used Billy to explore the North of Norfolk, 3 campsites in 3 nights. We loved Billy!
