I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel people should know about our experience hiring this motorhome.
Unfortunately, the vehicle we received had multiple issues that significantly affected our trip. These included WiFi that was advertised but not set up, a broken window, mould present inside the vehicle, a broken grill, engine problems during the hire period, missing mattress protection despite this being expected, a broken seatbelt, and a faulty bathroom door lock.
One of the biggest frustrations was the claim that the motorhome was “totally off-grid”, which did not match our experience and felt misleading based on the problems we encountered.
While issues can happen with any vehicle, what has been most disappointing is how the matter has been handled afterwards. Following complaints and an agreed refund amount of £133.20, payment has still not been made, leaving me having to pursue mediation to recover money that has already been acknowledged as owed.
Overall, the condition of the motorhome, combined with the aftercare and handling of complaints, means I would not book again or recommend this owner based on my experience.
