What an AWESOME two week hire we had with this campervan. Everything you need was enclosed - Debbie was excellent to deal with and gave prompt reply when messages were sent. Easy pick up and drop off. Clean tidy van - the process to hire was easy as was the return. Thank you for allowing us to Hire from you - we had a magic two weeks put over 1K miles on her around sunny Scotland and had no issues with anything apart from midgees 🤗 Thank you for the memories... This was our first camper van trip and we were doing a 3 week journey via Skye and the outer Hebrides. The booking process via Goboony was seamless and Debbie was very accommodating, extending our booking window as we checked a few things out (ferries etc.).
The van itself was easy to drive and set up was great - the bed once made up is awesome - huge and comfortable. The van was well equipped for what we needed and with LPG gas you didn't have to rely on electric hookup.
It took a day or two to get used to the van but once we had figured our water consumption rate we were fine (filled up every morning!). Having a loo on board was very handy - no trotting to the toilet block at 4am.
Debbie did a good hand over aided by a couple of videos we got sent before hand. There are others worth looking at on the web as well.
All in all a great adventure.

Debbie is an absolute gem, very communicative, helpful and kind. She answered all of my questions promptly, gave me an early check-in, and even tried to give me a partial refund for an extremely minor issue with the van. She explained all the systems of the van thoroughly and was always available if I had any further questions.
The van is superb and has everything you need for wild camping. It was completely spotless on handover. It drives well and is fuel efficient. The LPG which powers the great-sized fridge and heating is ideal as it is cheap and saves the hassle of filling/changing propane bottles. Debbie even provides kitchen and bathroom basics which was a nice surprise.
Can’t thank Debbie enough for her level of service and for sharing her beautiful van with others.

Debbie's van provided us a wonderful way to travel in Scotland and Debbie's hospitality and friendliness is something we will remember for a long time! The van tour and clarification of all practicalities was so detailed that we simply could not asked for more. Debbie was also generous with arranging the pick-up according to our timetables and her family helped us also to catch the bus to continue our journey after handing over the van. We want to thank Debbie and her family for such a wonderful experience and will recommend the van for anyone who wishes to have a high quality van to travel safely with, and a brilliant host who takes care that everything is working as it should!

Whole experience with Debbie from start to finish was excellent. Me and my partner are in our 20s and have never done a trip like the NC500 before or rented a camper. Debbie was great with communication and picked us up from the train station, she even worked around our early train for departure of the van which was great to get on the road in good time! We had a detailed explanation of how to work the van inside and out and were reassured that if we needed anything at all to give her a buzz which we only did on one occasion but we were glad she was there to help when we got stuck! We managed to get around the NC500 in the week and enjoyed it very much! Apart from the wind and the rain of course! The motor home was spotless and had everything you would need for the week! We were glad to have a good working fridge that kept everything really nice and cold! TV was great for the evenings we had no service on our phones and the phone holder in the front of the camper was a life saver all week for directions! We didn’t need to use the shower as we booked onto campsites every other day but the toilet was a life saver for mid trip breaks when you didn’t know when the next toilet would be! The camper was easy to use once we got our head around things and a lovely little home for the week! Debbie got us back to the train station in time for our train even when we were running late and in a hurry she was sat waiting for us to go!Thank you Debbie!

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE
Debbie showed an impressive availability, always reachable, from before renting to the return handover and with a very kind and friendly treatment. Although we were a little bit nervous because it was our first experience renting a motorhome, she helped us a lot and even sent us some instructible videos.
The Motorhome was amazing, very recent, in almost minted condition, comfortable (for driving, living and even sleeping!) and very well equipped, including cleaning essentials that Debbie procured.
We would really like to thank Debbie for this wonderful experience and we definitely recommend her and her motorhome.

We had a fantastic experience in Debbie's motorhome. It is very well equipped and has all sorts of handy and practical fittings for comfort and convenience. Everything worked well, including the shower, which we've had issues with on previous campervan rentals with other renters. During our trip we noticed a slight fresh water leak from under the van, but we were careful with usage and never ran out completely. We also had to top up engine oil, but this was promptly reimbursed on the day we returned the campervan. Debbie made herself available for assistance any time we needed her, which was only a couple of times and very much appreciated. We would definitely rent from Debbie again. Thank you!

Wow! What an experience. This was our first time booking a campervan and it did not disappoint. Debbie is fabulous, a very good communicator and was so helpful taking the time to walk us through every detail on how to operate the van. The van drives like a car, it is easy to handle and has an amazing turning radius, which surprised us. The inside is well appointed and very comfortable. We spent six nights wild camping, and it was just a lovely experience to be able to pull up to a spot and have everything you need. The LPG was easier to fill than expected, and so was the water. Highly recommend this van, and can't say enough kind things about Debbie and the service she provides! Wonderful memories made!!!!! Thank you

What a fantastic holiday we had! The van was perfect for our needs and we took it to many places, particularly on the Isle of Skye, where we would never have been able to take a caravan or larger motorhome to. We had a couple of nights wild camping which we've never done before. The van was well equipped, comfortable to sit in and sleep in and easy to drive. And Debbie was great with good communications before and during the hire. We were using this trip as a test to see if a campervan and particularly one of this size and layout would work for us with a view to getting one of our own. It does and we are!!

Debbie and Mark’s van was excellent. Roomy, comfortable, clean and well equipped. They couldn’t have been more helpful on collection either, making sure we knew how things worked. It’s easy to drive and surprisingly light on fuel and LPG. If you want to try out camper vanning this a perfect introduction.

This van is in pristine condition. You need to bring your own fundamental basics like toilet roll, surface cleaner and washing up liquid and tea towels as none are provided. Also not recommended for anyone going to beaches, as I lost deposit for sand in crevices. Having spent 10 days predominantly at sandy beaches, sand in the van is an inevitability. (It takes more than the dustpan and brush provided to get it out). A travel vacuum being provided would have helped. I would have tried with a garage hoover (though it would not have reached everywhere and the nozzle would have been too course for some crevices)..... if I hadn't been spending hours unsuccessfully looking for LPG before I returned the van. Refuelling with LPG takes some forward planning. Be clear where you are going to go and plan before your trip or when you have access to wifi (very limited places providing LPG refils around Carnoustie (Dundee seems to be the closest) and hard to track down on line if you just have a mobile and poor reception - (no printed instructions provided).
The van itself is very comfortable, fuel efficient and reasonable to drive. The Sat Nav is poor quality and keeps switching route for no reason, so use your own (or a map) if you can.

Motorhome was spotless on collection, handover was really straightforwards, everything was explained to us brilliantly by Laura, Debbie & Mark who are lovely, warm & generous people. My husband & I enjoyed a fabulous break visiting loch Lomand, Oban, & Mull, I couldn’t believe the level of convenience & comfort (including even being able to plug in my hairdryer & it work as powerfully as it would at home!) we can’t wait to do it all again one day soon, Thanks so much, Lauren & Oliver Blake
