Antonio è stato gentilissimo e ci ha presentato tutto ciò che avremmo dovuto sapere sul Van. Tutto è andato liscio e ci siamo potuti la vacanza al meglio

Il viaggio è stato un’avventura incredibile! Era la prima esperienza in van, ma Antonio è stato molto gentile a spiegarci tutto nei minimi dettagli su come muoverci e cosa fare. Abbiamo avuto anche qualche imprevisto con il tavolo, ma Antonio è stato pronto a darci supporto e a cercare di rimediare al problema.

Le van d'Antonio a tout pour être parfait. Mais, sur une location de 13 jours, nous n'avons pu l'utiliser que 4 jours. Antonio nous a dit qu'il fallait mettre de l'huile tous les 500 km lors de la prise en main du véhicule. Nous aurions du nous méfier avant de partir. Nous n'avons pas pu terminer notre voyage. Il y a eu un problème moteur. Mais Antonio a été plutôt correcte dans la suite. Il nous a remboursé les jours où nous n'avons pas utilisé le van, sans un geste commercial de plus en revanche. Nous avons du stopper nos vacances. Si le van est réparé : que l'huile ne fuit plus et qu'il ne faut pas mettre de l'huile tous les 500 km, le van d'Antonio est remarquable. Il est très pratique et très bien équipé. Il passe partout. Je recommande bien évidement le van d'Antonio si celui-ci est réparé.   ----------------------------------------------- Answer from the owner:  I am genuinely sorry that your trip was interrupted. However, this review contains several false statements that need to be clarified. There was no engine problem whatsoever. The engine had recently undergone a full service, and the failure occurred in the turbocharger, which was also new but unfortunately suffered from an unforeseeable manufacturing defect. This issue was entirely unrelated to the condition or maintenance of the engine. It is also untrue that I advised you to add oil every 500 km. What was explained at handover was simply the recommendation to check the oil level regularly following a complete engine overhaul, which is a normal and prudent precaution. Checking the oil level and having to add oil every 500 km are two completely different things. In fact, the unusual oil consumption was precisely what led me to cancel the trip. What is most surprising is that you were fully aware of these facts from the moment the breakdown occurred. I immediately travelled to your location with a mechanic to diagnose and attempt to resolve the issue, and it was clearly identified and explained at that time that the fault lay with the defective turbocharger, not the engine. Despite this, when publishing your review you chose to attribute the issue to the engine and to claim that oil had to be added every 500 km. Even after I subsequently clarified these inaccuracies, you decided to maintain statements that do not reflect reality. Furthermore, I went well beyond my obligations as the owner by dealing directly with Yescapa and arranging all necessary assistance, including transportation and reimbursement of your return travel tickets. It is also worth noting that the vehicle was returned with some scratches and cosmetic damage. Nevertheless, given the circumstances, I deliberately chose not to make any claim or seek compensation for those damages, preferring instead to handle the situation in a reasonable and understanding manner. What happened was an isolated failure of a new component, something that can unfortunately occur in any vehicle. It was not the result of poor maintenance or any engine-related issue, despite what this review falsely implies.

Esperienza bellissima! Ho noleggiato il van per scoprire le coste del Portogallo da Porto a Lisbona. Antonio è una fantastica persona, comprensivo, molto disponibile e molto gentile. È stata la mia prima esperienza in assoluto di questo tipo e grazie all'aiuto, alla fiducia e alla pazienza di Antonio è andato tutto per il meglio. Van assolutamente a portata di mano e con un'ottima gestione delle parti camperizzate. Ha tutto il necessario. Anche per una sera "movie night" ☺️☺️
