Fabienne & James were so friendly & explained all the workings of the camper throughly in an easy to understand way. The handover was straight forward, not rushed, with plenty of time to take pictures & notes of any issues. Unfortunately we had some issues with the van, due to damage from the previous renter, but these did not spoil our enjoyment, we just had to adapt things slightly. Fabienne & James were completely transparent & pre-warned us prior to collection of the camper. Our trip took us up to Scotland, with our first stop being Dumfries, we then went East to West, completing the NC500 & more, including a trip over to Skye. The van handled the routes with ease & she was a dream to drive. I loved her & would certainly hire her again, I am also looking to purchase my own camper van as I absolutely loved the camper life.
