This was our first campervan trip and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Andy was so helpful and patient, he didn’t rush us when explaining everything about the van and really helped us feel confident about the van. The van itself was perfect, clean and very well equipped, with extra lights, picnic table and chairs, cooking utensils etc, Both double beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for our own bits and pieces. It’s a very easy van to drive and has been well cared for. The only downside is the actual Goboony website, would prefer prices to be clearer upfront, it felt there were add ons at every step of the booking process . Our original booking was cancelled at short notice and the call centre doesn’t accept calls from numbers that aren’t associated with an active booking, it was very frustrating when waiting days to resolve questions over email.
