Fridge didn't work on gas, messaged owner but message trail went quiet.
Couldn't get hot water, shower waste drained into the motorhome so we couldn't use it.
Owner with held £100 cleaning fee even though it says £75 on the house rules.
Motorhome needs to be returned valet clean. Which unfortunately living in a field for 1 week with 5 kids is a big ask. We cleaned it fairly well but got pulled up for finger marks on the mirror, some dust and grass which was under furniture at the back and a small mark on one of the couches. The mark looked like it would wipe off fairly easily. I never noticed it as we had some items sitting on top of that couch.
