Marina & Simon were very friendly & helpful, providing guidance videos on the use of the van and optional transfers to the local station and bedding and a welcome basket!. The van behaved splendidly and was very comfortable. Some things I wish I had known (my own fault) was that the van should be plugged into a power source at a campsite for the internal lights and sink pump not to drain the battery….I used the gas only as was like a tent…so fine for me. I also hadn’t realized that rental insurance and RAC recovery was not included in the rental cost…again my fault….I did not read the full description when booking. That said it was a lot of fun and would thoroughly recommend. Mei 2024
