We hired Craig's van for our son's 5th birthday and took a day trip along the stunning Northumberland coast – it was an unforgettable experience! The van was very well kitted out and made our stay incredibly comfortable. We had the best night’s sleep thanks to the efficient heating – such a game-changer with little ones in tow.
What really stood out, though, was Craig’s generosity and attention to detail. He provided clear, detailed video guides for every aspect of the van, and still took the time to walk us through everything again in person when we picked it up. Throughout our trip, he was available to answer any questions, which gave us real peace of mind.
A special thanks to Craig for letting us keep the van for a few extra hours since there was no booking immediately after ours – such a kind gesture that made our day even more relaxed. Altogether, it was the smoothest, most enjoyable trip we could have hoped for. We’ll definitely be booking again!
