All reservations are nominative and become effective only with our agreement and after reception of the reservation contract and the contractual payment indicated on the said contract.
The rates and information published in this brochure are subject to error or omission.
The VAT applied is the one currently in force at the date of edition of the present catalog at the rate of 10%. Any change in this rate between the date of booking and the date of the stay will result in a change in the rental and pitch prices including VAT. The tourist taxes are not included in the price of the stay.
Only the prices mentioned on your invoice will be contractual.
The confirmation of reservation will be sent to you mentioning the number of your pitch, taking into account your preferences and according to our availabilities, while trying to give you satisfaction.
However, the number can be changed on arrival, without any refund being requested. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
Payment of rentals
FOR SHORT TERM RENTALS LESS THAN ONE WEEK :
1- 100% at reservation.
2- deposit (1 check of 120€ + 1 check of 80€ for the cleaning)
FOR LONG TERM RENTALS 1 WEEK AND MORE :
1- 30% upon reservation.
2- 70% on arrival at the campsite + deposit (1 check of 120€ + 1 check of 80€ for cleaning)
Arrival and departure
1- For the pitches : The rental of the pitch starts at 2 pm and must be vacated before 12 am. After this time, an additional night will be charged. A deposit or an identity card will be requested upon your arrival at the campsite, and returned on the day of your departure. The equipment or vehicle must not exceed the limits of the site.
2- For rentals: Rentals start at 4pm, they must be vacated before 10am. When you arrive, a deposit of 200€ (120+80) will be asked. The rentals will be returned in a perfect state of cleanliness, the inventory checked, any broken or damaged object will be at your charge as well as the restoration of the place, if it should prove necessary. You will be given an inventory sheet and a condition sheet.
Report any anomaly the same day. No late complaint will be taken into account. At the handing over of the keys, after control and according to the inventory, the deposit will be returned to you if we had the material time to check the state of the place in the contrary case the deposit will be sent to you by check after checking of the good state and cleanliness of the chalet. In the event that the chalet has not been cleaned before your departure, a fixed fee of 80€ will be requested or deducted from your deposit.
Please note that the village des sources refuses access to families arriving with a number of participants greater than the capacity of rented accommodation (4 people max, including babies and children). No additional installation is authorized on the site of the mobile home with the exception of an additional vehicle (according to places available) which will have to be declared, to park on the carpark envisaged for this purpose.
Arrival :
An inventory form and an inventory form will be given to you. Report any anomaly the same day. No late complaint will be taken into account. In exchange for the keys and your booking confirmation, a deposit of 200€ (120€ + 80€), will be requested in 2 checks, CB or cash.
This deposit corresponds to the deterioration of the material and the possible expenses of restoration (cleaning). Our rental accommodations are furnished and equipped (see inventory); Possibility to buy disposable sheets.
During your stay :
It is the camper's responsibility to take out insurance: the campsite declines all responsibility in case of theft, fire, bad weather, etc... and in case of an incident falling under the camper's civil responsibility.
All customers must comply with the rules of the campsite. In case of dispute, the courts of Beziers are only competent.
Each tenant in title is responsible for the disturbances and nuisances caused by the people who stay with him or visit him.
Departure :
Rental accommodation: on the day of departure indicated on your contract, the rental accommodation must be vacated before 10 am. The accommodation will be returned in perfect condition, and the inventory will be checked; any broken or damaged object will be at your expense, as well as the restoration of the premises if necessary.
The deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, after deduction of the indemnities retained, on the basis of supporting invoices, for any damage noted by the inventory at the end of your stay.
The withholding of the deposit does not exclude additional compensation in the event that the costs are additional to the amount of the deposit. If the mobile home is not left in perfect condition, 80€ of cleaning costs will be charged.
Departures are made by appointment, the day before your departure from 8am to 10am.
Do not forget to make an appointment the day before!
Delay, non-occupation, interruption of stay, or unused services:
all pitches or rentals must be occupied before 7pm. In the absence of a written message from the client justifying a delay or a late arrival, the object of the reservation becomes available for rental 24 hours after the initial arrival date.
Any interrupted or shortened stay (late arrival, early departure) due to your fault will not give rise to a reduction.
Cancellation coverage:
Subject to the respect of the contractual obligations, this guarantee makes it possible to obtain the refunding of the expenses incurred in the event of cancellation of your stay for the following exceptional events: death, serious physical accident of you or your spouse, your ascendant, descendants, brothers and sisters. Redundancy of you or your spouse. Moving following a professional transfer.
Damage to your main residence due to fire, water damage, damage to property due to theft or vandalism, storm or natural disasters.
The cancellation guarantee fee is payable in full at the time of booking. To be admissible, the cancellation of the stay must be notified by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt and accompanied by precise and indisputable proof, at the latest three days after the event causing the cancellation.
The booking fee and the cancellation guarantee are not refundable under any circumstances. No refund or compensation will be considered in the case of a temporary or seasonal closure of one or more services due to technical, climatic, administrative or legislative problems.
Visitor :
Friend of a camper to whom he/she is visiting momentarily, without sleeping there, without access to the pool. Guests must be declared at the reception desk on the entry book and fill in their first name last name age and phone number.
Bracelet:
For the safety of all, all persons staying at the campsite must wear a bracelet for the duration of their stay. 1 bracelet per person is free.
Swimming pool :
The pools are open from June to September. For men, the wearing of swimming shorts is strictly prohibited.
Image rights :
During your stay at our campsite, you may be photographed or filmed for the design and production of our advertising brochures, unless you indicate in writing to the reception upon arrival, your opposition to this practice.
Cleanliness :
The places must be kept clean. Garbage deposits are not allowed outside the containers. Two warnings for poorly maintained or dirty pitches = exclusion.
In case of dispute, the courts of Beziers have exclusive jurisdiction. RSC Beziers.
Extract from the internal rules
We reserve the right not to authorize the entry or the stay in the camp of any person whose behavior could disturb the public order.
Access to the field is authorized only after registration at the office, under cover of an identity card. It implies the acceptance of the internal regulations. Failure to comply with these rules will result in firm and definitive expulsion from the campsite without refund. Visitors are admitted from 9 am to 11 pm, paying the visitor's tax, under the responsibility of the visited campers. Swimming pool: Shorts and Bermuda shorts are not allowed in the swimming pool.
Wristband : Wearing an identification wristband is mandatory at all times on the campsite.
Respect of others
Vehicles are not allowed to circulate in the campsite between 1am and 7am. The speed limit is 15 km/h. Radio, television, etc. must not disturb your neighbors.
The sanitary facilities must be kept in a constant state of cleanliness by the users. Floral plantings must be respected.
Safety
The use of barbecues is strictly prohibited. All open fires are strictly forbidden by prefectural and municipal decree. Charcoal barbecues are therefore prohibited.
The Management is only responsible for the objects left at the office: the camper keeps the responsibility of his own house. The possession of illegal substances is forbidden. The consumption of alcohol outside of the designated areas is strictly forbidden, under penalty of permanent exclusion. All clients must comply with the internal regulations which are posted at the entrance and at the reception. The campsite has surveillance cameras in accordance with the decree n° 2011-86.
Animals
Animals weighing more than 10 kg are not allowed in the rentals. They must be tattooed and vaccinated with proof and kept on a leash.
Animals of 1st and 2nd categories are forbidden in the campsite. Animals must not be left alone in the absence of their owners.
