This was our first trip in a camper van and having spoken about it for years we decided to book with Karen. We can honestly say Karen and Ian were the perfect couple to introduce us. The van is an impressive conversion and Karen has many additional extras to make any trip more comfortable. The initial handover was thorough and friendly, and we were left in no doubt to get in touch with any questions or worries while we were on our trip. The van itself is in perfect condition, with very comfortable sleeping arrangements - which really surprised us! - and lots of very thoughtful additions to the cupboards so that every need was met on our trip. Handover at the end was again stress free and the whole experience has left us wanting to buy our own, with a lot of that due to the condition of the van we hired and the very friendly and helpful info from Karen. A highly recommended experience 10/10
