Wow . What a lovely few days in ruby . Max was excellent and extremely helpful. Pick up was easy and he went through everything well. Drop off was simple as well. Even though it was raining on our adventure ruby was lovely and warm. Easy to set up and pack away. Definitely booking again. Deposit was returned swiftly. Max was friendly and polite and laid back. Was my first time renting and we had plenty of room. Ruby is easy to drive and park very economical. The van was clean on collection. All you need is yourselves and bedding depending on when you go.

The handover process was smooth, answered any questions we had a showed us how to use everything. There were a few areas where the van hadn’t been cleaned, the sink and the pop top area. The gas was also low so we had to buy a new canister. We had 2 weeks on the NC500 and the van was great, no issues with the driving and the perfect size for 2 people. Only other slight issue was the lack of cooking equipment so I would recommend taking spoons, scissors and a sharper knife if you’re planning to cook. Overall a great experience and would use Ruby again!

Straightforward handover with Max and once we had loaded up we were off on the road. Our first stop was in Harrogate before venturing further north in the Yorkshire Dales. We loved staying in Ruby and it made our minds up that we want one so have now started looking.

Handover was easy. Max always answered any questions we had promptly. It was our first trip in a campervan and we enjoyed 3 days on the Llyn Peninsula. It was fantastic and the weather was superb. We will no doubt be buying a van of our own now we have tried it out.

This was not only our first trip with Goboony but ever driving a campervan. Our trip was to be around Europe for 44 nights and as we live in NZ, it was vital to get everything right. Max was accommodating and helpful from the outset including adjusting the price for our extra long rental. Communication was responsive and the van handover well planned and quick and easy and respectful. I suspect that if Goboony had an ideal experience in mind, it might have been this. Our trip was worry free and the van performed well. We were pleased not to have rented a larger vehicle, the VW was fine for exploring small Italian and French villages and happily sat at 80mph on the European motorways. All in all, it was a great success. Thank you Max and thank you Goboony.

We picked up Ruby and headed to the Llŷn peninsular in north wales, taking in the sights of Hell’s Mouth, Abersoch and Pwllheli. The van was well equipped and easy to drive once you get used to driving it. Plenty of space in the van for two adults with lots of storage for luggage and food. We spent our last evening watching the gorgeous sunset from the van.

Great camper van and a great host. We took the camper on the NC500 in April and couldn’t have been happier with it. It had everything we needed for our trip and was really good on fuel which was also a bonus. Would highly recommend Max and will be the first person we contact when we need to hire again.

Absolutely loved hiring Max’s campervan for the weekend. Our first campervan experience and also had our toddler in tow - everything was perfect. Easy to drive, well equipped, the fold down seats create a lovely comfy bed. Highly recommended and we hope to rent the van again in future!

It was me and my partners first time in a campervan hired Ruby for 3 nights and traveled around the Cumbria coast. Lovely to drive and it had everything we needed. Max was very helpful and was quick to reply to our messages. Would definitely hire Ruby again.

This is the first time hiring a campervan, from enquiring to hiring Max made it seem very easy , he answered any questions I had quickly . The campervan was fully equipped, although didn't use any with being a veteran camper. The grandkids thought it was magic when the van opened up into a home , it made the festival a lot easier and quieter for me, thankyou again Max and hopefully I can get the campervan pass again and we do it all again next year.

Stunning van with seamless organisation from Max the owner, drives smoothly, is so new and spotless inside and out. Gets everyones attention on the campsite. You can fully stand up inside which is great, the fold out bed and everything inside is so easy to use. All the curtains and windscreen cover make it so black out inside too. Didn't use the diesel heater much but was very useful when I got in from a very wet hike. Would highly recommend!

This was an exceptional campervan in mint condition. Drives like a dream. Drives like you are in a top spec car. Really easy to get around the lanes and roads of the Lake District. The interior spec was very high standard too and the bed was very comfortable. Max communicated brilliantly and was very helpful in the collection and drop-off. We would definitely hire from him again.
