Great handover from Simon who explained everything thoroughly - much appreciated for us 1st time campervanners! Took a short trip to Brecon with family and had a great time. Everything worked as it should. Comfort of the pop top was an issue but that's nothing to do with Simon/Vicki, that's just the way pop tops are! If planning to use the pop top for sleeping I'd suggest taking a thicker SIM or mattress topper.
Lovely experience otherwise and would 100% hire again.
