Reservation conditions (Bungalows)
To formalize the reservation of accommodation at Verneda Camping Mountain Resort, it is necessary to advance 40% of the total amount of the stay by credit or debit card. The rest of the amount can be settled a minimum of 48 hours before your arrival through online check-in.
The accommodation price includes sheets and towels. In summer, if you want heating, there is a supplement of €15 (Pletas, Humarau, Cabana) or €20 (Borda Suite and Bordeta Luxe) per day.
A deposit of €150 is requested from the accommodation upon arrival at Verneda Camping Mountain Resort as a guarantee for possible damage or final cleanliness of the accommodation. This deposit will be returned upon departure, after proper inspection of the accommodation by the Verneda Camping Mountain Resort staff. The accommodation must be delivered in the same conditions in which it was found, with the kitchen utensils clean and collected, and the garbage deposited in the containers for this purpose. If not, the right is reserved to deduct €60 from the deposit deposited.
The maximum capacity indicated for each accommodation cannot be exceeded.
In summer, check-in is from 4:30 p.m. and check-out before 11:00 a.m. The rest of the year, check-in time depends on reception hours.
One dog is allowed per accommodation (except in the Humarau accommodation) on the condition that it is never left alone inside the accommodation and that it is always kept on a leash while walking inside the Verneda Camping Mountain Resort facilities, thus respecting the rest. Dogs have a supplement of €9.50/night.
The client, by the mere fact of booking, accepts the rental conditions set out in this document: Accommodation Rental Conditions.
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the cancellation policy to apply is the following:
In low seasons:
7 days before the arrival date, 100% refund of the advance amount.
Less than 7 days: loss of the advance amount.
In mid season and winter:
15 days before the arrival date, 100% refund of the advance amount.
Less than 15 days: loss of the advance amount.
In case of no-show, charge of the rest of the remaining amount of the reservation.
In the case of a reservation with a non-refundable offer, neither exchange nor refund is applicable.
In high season:
30 days before the arrival date, 100% refund of the advance amount.
Less than 30 days: loss of the advance amount.
In case of no-show, charge of the remaining amount of the reservation.
Additionally, you can take out cancellation insurance:
Reservations made more than 30 days in advance can purchase the policy.
The policy allows you to cancel the reservation and recover the payment and deposit. If your stay is interrupted by any of the cases detailed, you can recover the part of the stay not enjoyed. Does not cover COVID-19.
In any case of cancellation or modification of the reservation, a charge of €25 will be charged for the management. Modifications received less than or equal to 15 days in advance will not be accepted.
Procedures or changes related to the reservation must be requested in writing to info@campingvereda.com. Their acceptance will be assessed by the Reservation Center, which will duly communicate the resolution on them. Acceptance of all requests is not guaranteed.
Reservation conditions (Plots)
To formalize the reservation of a pitch at the Verneda Camping Mountain Resort it is necessary to advance €100 by credit or debit card. From 07/26/2024 to 08/24/2022, the advance requested will be 50% of the amount of your stay.
The minimum stays on the plot are:
From 07/03/24 to 07/07/24 2 nights
From 07/26/24 to 07/29/24 2 nights
From 07/30/24 to 08/18/24 5 nights
From 08/19/24 to 08/24/24 2 nights
In summer, check-in is from 1:00 p.m. and check-out before 12:00 p.m. Dogs are allowed on the pitches on the condition that they are never left alone on the pitch and that they are always on a leash while walking around the Verneda Camping Mountain Resort facilities, thus respecting other visitors.
The Verneda plots have a surface area that ranges between 40 and 95m2; Keep this in mind if you plan to bring extra items such as tents, tents and other camping items and above all, notify us when you make the reservation so that the plot can be adapted to your needs.
In case of cancellation of the reservation, our policy is as follows:

About dogs and cars in bungalows:
The second paid car is subject to availability. The price being €8.95/night. If there is no availability, you may have to leave the car at a certain distance from the accommodation.
Pets are accepted in all Verneda Camping Mountain Resort accommodations except for the Humarau apartment. The price is €9.50/night.
