Reservation conditions:

Reservations for the campsite, flats and rooms are possible all year round.
Reservations can be made informally by telephone, e-mail, fax or letter.
Reservation fee for a stay of less than 3 nights € 12,- otherwise resevation fee € 6,- per reservation.
A deposit (security payment) is due upon reservation.
Payment of the deposit should be made within 3 days after receipt of the reservation confirmation. Payment can be made by international money order, insured letter or bank transfer free of charge to BAWAG Vienna to the following account:

The deposit is Euro 280,00 per flat for flats and Euro 100,00 per pitch for camping pitches. The deposit fee will be deducted at the final settlement minus the applicable reservation fee.


Cancellation conditions:

For camping pitches, cancellations must be made in writing up to 60 days before arrival. If the cancellation is made in time, the deposit will be refunded minus a handling fee of Euro 45.00. (Expenses to be borne by the recipient).
For flats and rooms, cancellation must be made in writing up to 60 days before arrival. In the event of cancellation in good time, the deposit will be refunded minus a handling fee of Euro 50.00. (Expenses to be borne by the recipient).
If the reserved place or the rented accommodation is not used without timely cancellation, or if the guest departs early, the guest must pay the entire agreed fee for the reserved time minus 10 % for services not used. This also applies in case of no-show.


Terms of payment:

The booked accommodation is to be paid either by advance bank transfer or on the day of arrival in cash and without deductions for the entire booked time.


Arrival and departure:

The booked pitches or accommodation are available from 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. (flats and rooms) and 12.00 p.m. (campsite) on the day of departure at the latest.
