Arrival: The booked site is at your disposal on the day of your arrival at 11.00 a.m.
Please contact us, if you'll arrive after 07 p.m., otherwise we can't guarantee the availibility.
Departure: On the day of departure you're kindly requested to leave your site by 10.30 a.m. Otherwise you have to pay for an additional night. Please settle the invoice within 07 p.m. the day before leaving.

Binding and written reservation for caravans and camper can be fixed from 5 nights / 7 nights on during high season with a deposit per site, € 5,00 we take for reservation-fee.

LODGE and APPARTMENTS
Arrival: from 14.30 p.m until 19 p.m..
Departure: latest departure until 9.30 a.m. Please settle the invoice within 07 p.m. the day before leaving.
Final cleaning - you are responsible for this. Upon departure, the accomodation needs to be handed over clean swept with the garbage removed.
Please also do the last dishes before leaving by starting the dishwasher.
In case we find the lodge in untidy condition we reserve the right to withhold for final cleaning € 150.

With a binding reservation you accept our cancellation conditions according to §1382 Civil Code:
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers Code is not contemplated – however, we ar willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
-The deposit will not be refunded regardless of the date of the written cancellation.
- 39 to 7 days before the reserved day of arrival 80% of the total due of the reserved days will be charged.
-with less than 7 days prior arrival, late arrival and/or earlier departure, the total due of the reserved days will be charged.
We recommend the taking out of a holiday cancellation insurance policy to spare you (and us) trouble!
