Die Preise im Supermarkt sind unverhältnismäßig teuer und die Öffnungszeiten ungünstig.(13-17 Uhr geschlossen) Sie werben mit familien Freundlichkeit,jedoch gibt es in dem Waschhäusern keine Wickel Unterlagen,Kinderduschen/Badewannen. Art. 1 - SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The client agrees to acknowledge these terms and conditions prior to any booking request for a stay concerning himself and any other person enjoying the stay. According to the law in force, the present terms and conditions are available for the client for information only and prior to any contract for holiday purchase. The terms and conditions are available on written request to the establishment office. Rates are intended per stay, per accommodation.
Prices are subject to change based on occupancy and advance booking, therefore rates may fluctuate based on sales trends.
The rate offered is related to the number of people indicated and not to the maximum allowed capacity of the accommodation.
For anything not specified, please refer to the online regulation on our website.
Art. 2 - PRICE AND PAYMENT / CANCELLATION POLICY
At the time of booking confirmation, a deposit of 30% will be required.
Subject to availability, changes to the reservation are allowed up to 31 days before arrival date: the new reservation needs to be of the same amount or higher than the one booked (if higher, the extra deposit must be paid).
In case of cancellation of the stay up to 31 days before the arrival date, you will receive a voucher to be used within 12 months from the date of issue. The deposit paid will be considered credit for a stay of equal or greater amount to be made by 2027, between 16th May and 18th October. In case of non-use / partial use of the voucher, no refund will be made.
After this deadline (from thirty-one to zero days from arrival) in case of cancellation of the stay, early departure, changes to reservations and no-show, no refund will be made;
In the latter case, the reserved accommodation/pitch will be put up for sale after 24 hours.
Payment of the balance of the stay and all extras is made upon arrival, in accordance with the provisions of the Italian civil code regarding the contract, ex art. 1322, and art. 1342.
Methods of payments at the facility
• Available for Visa - Mastercard credit card, bancomat, cash. Please note that, according to Italian Decree 197/2022, linked to the Budget Law 2023, it is not possible to accept cash payments of EUR 4999.99 or more.
The owner of the credit card used for the payment of the deposit and/or the balance of the stay must be the same as the holder of the booking and must be present at the time of the check-in.
• Payments by cheque are not accepted.
The tourist tax, to be paid on spot, is not included in the rate and costs euro 1.00 per day per person for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. Compulsory from 12 years old.
Art. 3 - ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
IN RENTED ACCOMMODATIONS arrivals from 5:30 p.m. and departures before 9:00 a.m. Free day of arrival.
IN CAMPING PITCHES arrivals from 8:00 a.m. and departures before 10:00 a.m. Free day of arrival.
Art. 4 - DEPOSIT FOR ACCOMMODATION
Upon arrival you will be asked to provide a valid credit/debit card to secure the accommodation unit and its features. Alternatively, you can leave a security deposit of € 350.00 in the form of a cheque that will be returned to you on departure, once the necessary checks have been carried out by our staff. Deposits in cash are not accepted. The credit/debit cardholder name or the name shown on the cheque must be one of the guests. Any damage will be added to the price of the stay as well as the cleaning fees if the kitchenette is not perfectly clean when you leave.
Art 5 - ANIMALS
The presence of pets and dogs must be indicated in the booking as they are allowed only on request and only in CHALET 2 PAX. Only pets and small - medium sized dogs are allowed. For those who book this accommodation online and travel with an animal, it is mandatory to select among the supplements, the extra cost per pet and for the mandatory final cleaning.
In camping pitches small animals are allowed on payment.
Article 5 - Liability
The establishment is not liable for any damages on the holiday-maker's equipment. Holiday-makers must have subscribed civil liability insurance for their equipment (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC, etc.).
Article 6 - Applicable Law
These general conditions are subject to Italian law and all disputes concerning their application falls under the jurisdiction of the High Court or Tribunal de Sassari.
