Positief: Nous sommes arrivés tard en raison du ferry et une personne était toutefois présente pour nous accueillir. Le camping est propre et calme. Sa localisation est idéale.
Kan beter: Le tarif du ménage est un peu excessif (60 euros) L'accès au super U, en face du camping, est dangereux en raison du trafic routier devant le camping. Il faudrait installer un passage piéton avec une signalisation pour réduire la vitesse des véhicules.

Camping de la Plage ligt in Algajola, in de Balagne regio Haute-Corse, tussen Ile-Rousse en Calvi. Het loopt langs een van de mooiste stranden van Corsica, waar het gouden zand wordt gecombineerd met de schaduw van het overkoepelende dennen- en eucalyptusbos van de camping.

ALGEMENE VERKOOPSVOORWAARDEN
**Verhuur van Bungalows – Camping de la Plage ***
1. Doel
Deze Algemene Verkoopsvoorwaarden (AVV) bepalen de boekings- en huurvoorwaarden voor de accommodaties aangeboden door Camping de la Plage ***. Elke boeking impliceert de volledige en onvoorwaardelijke aanvaarding van deze AVV.
2. Beschrijving van de accommodatie
De gast erkent kennis te hebben genomen van de essentiële kenmerken van de accommodatie (capaciteit, uitrusting, ligging) en stemt ermee in deze te huren zoals beschreven in het communicatiemateriaal van de camping.
3. Boeking en verbintenis
Elke boeking wordt definitief na bevestiging en, indien van toepassing, betaling van het voorschot.
De boeking houdt de verplichting in om het volledige bedrag van het verblijf, evenals eventuele bijkomende diensten, te betalen.
4. Inspectie bij aankomst – Klachten
De gast heeft 24 uur na aankomst om elke non-conformiteit of probleem te melden.
Na deze termijn wordt de accommodatie beschouwd als conform, in goede staat en overeenkomstig de inventaris.
5. Gebruik van de lokalen
De gast verbindt zich ertoe om:
De accommodatie op een rustige manier en overeenkomstig haar bestemming te gebruiken
De lokalen, de uitrusting en het interne reglement van de camping te respecteren
De maximale bezettingscapaciteit niet te overschrijden
Elke schade, verlies of aftakeling zal worden aangerekend.
6. Aansprakelijkheid
De camping kan niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor lichamelijk letsel of materiële schade die tijdens het verblijf optreedt, behalve in geval van bewezen fout van haar kant. De camping wijst eveneens elke verantwoordelijkheid van de hand in geval van verlies, diefstal of beschadiging van persoonlijke bezittingen van de gasten, met inbegrip van juwelen, horloges, waardevolle voorwerpen of elk voorwerp dat in de accommodatie of op het terrein van de camping wordt achtergelaten.
7. Nutsvoorzieningen
Water, elektriciteit en verwarming zijn inbegrepen in de huurprijs.
8. Schade
De gast dient elk incident of elke schade die zich tijdens het verblijf voordoet te melden.
Elke schade die na het vertrek wordt vastgesteld, kan aanleiding geven tot bijkomende kosten.
9. Verzekering
De gast is verantwoordelijk voor het hebben van een geldige burgerlijke aansprakelijkheidsverzekering die de huurrisico's dekt.
De camping raadt eveneens aan een annuleringsverzekering af te sluiten.
In geval van annulering of onderbreking van het verblijf kan geen terugbetaling worden geëist van de camping.
10. Bankwaarborg (borgsom)
Bij aankomst is een bankwaarborg van €150 vereist.
Deze waarborg wordt niet afgeschreven en dient om de betaling te waarborgen van eventuele schade, contractbreuk of niet-betaalde diensten (inclusief schoonmaak).
Aan het einde van het verblijf, na inspectie van de accommodatie, wordt de waarborg automatisch vrijgegeven de dag na het vertrek, op voorwaarde dat er geen schade of bijkomende kosten worden vastgesteld.
In geval van schade of contractbreuk kan het geheel of een deel van het bedrag worden aangerekend tot het bedrag van de gemaakte kosten.
11. Schoonmaak bij vertrek
De gast kan:
Ofwel de accommodatie schoonmaken vóór vertrek
Ofwel een schoonmaakpakket afnemen tegen een tarief van €60 per verblijf
De accommodatie moet worden teruggegeven in een schone staat die overeenkomt met de normale verwachtingen (vloeren, keuken, badkamers, uitrusting).
In geval van onvoldoende schoonmaak kunnen bijkomende kosten worden aangerekend.
Bij vroegtijdig vertrek of vertrek buiten de openingsuren (vooral heel vroeg in de ochtend) wordt de gast erop gewezen dat de accommodatie achteraf door de instelling zal worden geïnspecteerd.
Indien de schoonmaak niet correct is uitgevoerd en het schoonmaakpakket niet is aangeschaft, kan het bedrag van €60 worden aangerekend via de bankwaarborg.
12. Linnen
Bedlinnen en handdoeken zijn niet inbegrepen in de huurprijs.

13. Aankomst en vertrek
Aankomst: vanaf 16:00 uur
Vertrek: vóór 10:00 uur
Elk laattijdig vertrek kan aanleiding geven tot het aanrekenen van een bijkomende nacht.
14. Geschillen – Toepasselijk recht
Deze AVV zijn onderworpen aan het Franse recht.
In geval van een geschil zullen de partijen een minnelijke oplossing zoeken. Bij gebreke daarvan wordt de bevoegdheid toegewezen aan de bevoegde rechtbanken.
15. Aanvaarding van de AVV
Het bevestigen van de boeking houdt de volledige en onvoorwaardelijke aanvaarding van deze Algemene Verkoopsvoorwaarden in.

**Bungalow Rentals – Camping de la Plage ***
1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) define the booking and rental terms for accommodation offered by Camping de la Plage ***. Any booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.
2. Accommodation Description
The guest acknowledges having read the essential characteristics of the accommodation (capacity, equipment, location) and agrees to rent it as described in the camping’s communication materials.
3. Booking and Commitment
Any booking becomes firm and final after confirmation and, where applicable, payment of the deposit.
The booking constitutes a commitment to pay the full amount of the stay as well as any additional services.
4. Check-in Inspection – Complaints
The guest has 24 hours after arrival to report any non-conformity or issue.
After this period, the accommodation will be deemed compliant, in good condition, and consistent with the inventory.
5. Use of the Premises
The guest agrees to:
Use the accommodation peacefully and in accordance with its intended purpose
Respect the premises, equipment, and the camping’s internal regulations
Not exceed the maximum occupancy capacity
Any damage, loss, or deterioration will be charged.
6. Liability
The camping shall not be held liable for any bodily injury or material damage occurring during the stay, except in the case of proven fault on its part. The camping also declines any responsibility in case of loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings, including jewelry, watches, valuables, or any items left inside the accommodation or within the campsite.
7. Utilities
Water, electricity, and heating are included in the rental price.
8. Damages
The guest must report any incident or damage occurring during the stay.
Any damages discovered after departure may result in additional charges.
9. Insurance
The guest is responsible for ensuring they have valid liability insurance covering rental risks.
The camping also recommends taking out travel cancellation insurance.
In case of cancellation or interruption of the stay, no refund can be claimed from the camping.
10. Bank Pre-Authorization (Security Deposit)
A €150 bank pre-authorization is required upon arrival.
This pre-authorization is not charged and is intended to secure payment for any damages, contractual breaches, or unpaid services (including cleaning).
At the end of the stay, after inspection of the accommodation, the pre-authorization will be automatically released the day after departure, provided no damage or additional charges are identified.
In case of damage or breach, all or part of the amount may be charged up to the incurred costs.
11. End-of-Stay Cleaning
The guest may:
Either clean the accommodation before departure
Or subscribe to a cleaning package at a rate of €60 per stay
The accommodation must be returned in a clean condition consistent with normal expectations (floors, kitchen, bathrooms, equipment).
In case of insufficient cleaning, additional charges may apply.
For early departures or departures outside opening hours (especially very early in the morning), the guest is informed that the accommodation will be inspected afterward by the establishment.
If the cleaning has not been properly carried out and the cleaning package has not been purchased, the amount of €60 may be charged through the bank pre-authorization.
12. Linens
Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price.

13. Check-in and Check-out

14. Disputes – Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution. Failing that, jurisdiction shall be assigned to the competent courts.
15. Acceptance of the T&Cs
Confirming the booking constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
END-OF-STAY CLEANING CHECKLIST
To facilitate your departure, please ensure the following:
