Onze 3-sterrencamping ligt recht tegenover het kasteel van Sully-sur-Loire en verwelkomt u in een groene en rustige omgeving aan de Loire. Op slechts 700 meter van het stadscentrum, heeft u gemakkelijk toegang tot winkels en culturele bezienswaardigheden.

Reist u met een camper, caravan, tent of kiest u liever voor een huuraccommodatie? Wij bieden diverse verblijfsopties: volledig uitgeruste stacaravans, knusse pods en abricyclos voor fietsers.

Volg de D940 naar Argent-sur-Sauldre.
Neem op de rotonde de 3e afslag op de D948 richting Sully-sur-Loire.
Rijd door Sully en steek de brug over tegenover het kasteel, richting Parijs.

Article 1: Scope of the general terms and conditions of sale
These general terms and conditions govern all sales of stays made on the www.camping-bord-de-loire.com site. They are an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its customers.
The rental of a pitch or accommodation such as a tent, canvas bungalow, mobile home, Pod, campétoile implies the total acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale by the contracting parties. In accordance with the law in force, these general terms and conditions are made available to all customers for information purposes prior to the conclusion of any contract for the sale of stays. They can also be obtained by simple written request addressed to the head office of the establishment.

Article 2: Booking conditions
2-1: prices and payment:
The price of stays is indicated in euros, VAT included. The customer's attention is drawn to the fact that the tourist tax is not included in the price. For camping pitch reservations: we provide you with a bare pitch, which can accommodate up to 6 people, to set up your tent, caravan or motorhome. We do not accept double axle caravans. The campsite offers four types of pitches. All rentals are nominative and cannot be transferred. The rental only becomes effective with our agreement and after receipt of the total amount of the stay and the booking fee. The pitch price: This is a price per night of occupancy. Pitches are available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure. Any overrun will result in the billing of an additional day. It includes an installation with a maximum of one awning and one vehicle. This package gives free access to the sanitary facilities, reception services, swimming pool (on opening dates, no swimming shorts, swimsuit compulsory), playgrounds and entertainment (in July and August) Supplements: people (adults or children) or additional items on the pitch are subject to a daily cost. Please note: the allocation of seats is made without distinction in the order in which reservations are registered. The Management reserves the right to change the assignment of the pitch upon the camper's arrival. For rental reservations: tents, bungalows, mobile homes and Pods. All rentals are nominative and cannot be transferred. The rental only becomes effective with our agreement and after receipt of the total amount of the stay and the booking fees.
2-2 Definition of rental seasons:
Refer to the price sheets. Rental periods and duration: Rentals are possible for one week or with a minimum of 2 nights outside July-August. In July-August, accommodation is rented with a minimum of 4 nights or for a week from Saturday to Saturday or Wednesday Wednesday depending on availability. The rental price includes: rental of accommodation, charges (water, gas, electricity except for electric vehicles), access to reception services, swimming pool (opening dates), playgrounds and entertainment (in July and August).
2-3: Payment of the stay:
Pitches: the balance of the stay must be paid 14 days before arrival at the campsite. Rentals: the balance of the stay must be paid 30 days before your arrival. In the event of non-payment of the balance, the campsite reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
2-4: Modification of stay:
Possibility of modification of stay subject to availability. No discount will be made in case of late arrival or early departure.
2-5 Late arrivals / early departures:
In the absence of a written message from the camper, specifying that he has had to postpone the date of his arrival, the site or accommodation becomes available 12:00 hours after the date of arrival provided for in the rental contract, and full payment of the services remains required. No discount will be granted in the event of late arrival or early departure.
2-6: Cancellation:
- More than 120 days before the scheduled date of arrival: the deposit is refunded. - Between 30 days and 120 days before the scheduled date of arrival: the deposit is kept. - Less than 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival, or in case of no-show on the campsite: the total amount of the stay is due. Remember to take out cancellation insurance at the time of your booking.
2-7: Withdrawal:
The legal provisions relating to the right of withdrawal in the case of distance selling provided for by the Consumer Code are not applicable to tourist services (Article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code). Thus, for any order for a stay with the campsite, the customer does not have any right of withdrawal.

Article 3: Course of the stay:
3-1 Arrivals and departures:
Pitches are available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure. Rentals are available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Any overrun will result in the billing of an additional day. Any extension of stay must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date.
3-2 Security deposit:
Tenants will be required to provide a security deposit of €200 upon arrival. The latter will be returned in its entirety during the week after your departure by mail after a satisfactory inventory and exit inventory. Otherwise, the following will be deducted from the security deposit: - The value of the missing items. - A lump sum of €70 for insufficiently cleaned installations. - The amount of repairs in the event of damage by the occupant.
Article 3-3: Pets:
Pets are allowed in the rentals within the limit of one pet. They are only accepted under the following conditions:- The animal must be tied up on the pitch and kept on a leash in the campsite,- The animal must not climb on the beds or benches,You may not leave it alone in the mobile home in your absence. (Failure to comply with these conditions will put an immediate end to the rental without compensation).
Article 3-4: Internal regulations:
All campers are required to comply with the campsite's internal regulations under penalty of sanction up to and including termination of the contract.

Article 4: Liability:
The campsite declines all responsibility for damage suffered by the caravan camper's equipment that is its own doing. Third-party liability insurance for your equipment is mandatory (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC,.....).

Article 5: Applicable law:
These general terms and conditions are subject to French law and any dispute relating to their application falls under the jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Grande Instance or the Commercial Court of Orléans.

Article 6: Mediation body proposed in the event of a dispute:
In the event of a dispute between the Client and the company, the latter will endeavour to resolve it amicably (the Client will send a written complaint to the professional or, where applicable, to the professional's Customer Relations Department). In the absence of an amicable agreement or in the absence of a response from the professional within a reasonable period of one (1) month, the Consumer Client within the meaning of Article L.612-2 of the Consumer Code has the possibility of referring free of charge, if a disagreement remains, to the competent mediator registered on the list of mediators established by the Commission for the Evaluation and Control of Consumer Mediation pursuant to Article L.615-1 of the Consumer Code, namely:
