GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE NATURALIS LODGES
These general rental conditions are valid from January 1, 2021.
PREAMBLE
These conditions govern the contractual relations relating to the sale of individual stays between the company Naturalis Lodges and its customers, in the eco-domain La Rêverie, in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 211-1 and following of the Tourism Code. . They regulate all the steps necessary for the signing of the reservation and the payment of the stays, and regulate all their follow-up between the contracting parties. Any document other than these general conditions of sale and in particular prospectuses, advertisements, catalogs, has only informative and indicative value.
Definitions
WEBSITE means the website http://www.ecodomainelareverie.com, published by the company Naturalis Lodges SARL.
“La Rêverie eco-domain” refers to the campsite managed by SARL Naturalis Lodges.
RENTAL refers to the rental contract for pitches or rentals in the La Rêverie eco-domain.
RENTAL refers to all types of accommodation (Les insolites Lodges, etc.) offered for rent by the eco-domain La Rêverie.
STAYS means a rental with additional services which are defined in the special conditions.
CUSTOMER means any person booking on the website or directly with the ecodomain whose contact details are given below in order to book, order and/or purchase any services offered by the La Rêverie ecodomain.
Entirety
These general conditions express the entirety of the obligations of the parties. In this sense, the CUSTOMER is deemed to accept them without reservation and in accordance with the provisions of article 1126 of the Civil Code. These general terms and conditions for renting and booking stays in the “La Rêverie” eco-domain apply to the exclusion of all other conditions. They are accessible on the website www.ecodomainelareverie.com and will prevail, where applicable, over any other version or any other contradictory document. The ecodomain and the CLIENT agree that these general conditions exclusively govern their relationship. The ecodomain reserves the right to modify its general conditions from time to time. They will be applicable as soon as they are put online. If a rental or stay reservation condition were to be lacking, it would be considered to be governed by the practices in force in the sector for the rental of campsites and stays in holiday villages whose companies have their registered office in France.
Object
The purpose of these general conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the rental of camping pitches, rental accommodation or stays offered on the La Rêverie eco-domain to the customer, from the website www.ecodomainelareverie.com but also by telephone or by mail.
Pre-contractual information
The CUSTOMER acknowledges having had communication, prior to his reservation, of these general conditions of sale, rental and stays, and of all the information listed in article L. 111-1 of the consumer code. The customer has all the information online or can have the services explained to them by our teams in French, English or on site, by telephone or electronically.
SERVICES AND PRICES
Rental of camping pitches:
The “La Rêverie” eco-domain provides customers with a bare pitch, which can accommodate up to 6 people, for their tent, caravan or motorhome. The campsite offers different types of pitches, the descriptions of which are presented on the website.
The price of the pitch: This is a fixed price per night of occupancy for the type of pitch concerned. The basic package includes an installation, 1 or 2 people and a vehicle.
Additional people (adults or children) or additional items present on the pitch (second vehicle, animal, additional tent or barnum, etc.) are subject to an additional daily cost.
The basic pass gives free access to sanitary and reception facilities, playgrounds and free or paid activities. For security reasons, the number of people arriving for a stay may not exceed the capacity of the camping pitch.
Pitches are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 12 p.m. on the day of departure.
Rental of rental / unusual accommodation:
The description, the definition of rental seasons, rental durations and tariff periods appear on the website.
The price of renting accommodation includes the rental of accommodation, depending on the number of people (depending on capacity), the availability
provision of sheets and towels,
charges (water, gas, electricity), a vehicle, access to reception services, playgrounds, other equipment and activities offered (free or paid).
For security reasons, the number of people arriving for the stay cannot exceed the capacity of the accommodation.
The accommodation, fully equipped, must be restored and clean upon departure. The rentals are non-smoking.
Rentals are available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Assignment, subletting: All rentals are nominative and cannot under any circumstances be assigned or sublet.
Evolution of tariffs
Rates are dynamic and may change as the season progresses. The “La Rêverie” eco-domain cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for a difference in cost between two stays booked for the same period. The prices indicated on the site are in euros, including VAT at the rate in force at the time of receipt of the deposit and the full price. Any change or modification of the rate as well as any change in the taxes applicable to the stay, on the date of invoicing, may be passed on to the price of the stay.
Tourist taxes
The tourist tax collected on behalf of the community of communes of Arnay Liernais and to be paid, is not included in our prices. Its amount determined per person and per day is variable according to the classification and could be modified during the year.
Specials
Promotional offers are subject to certain conditions and in particular to availability. In addition, price reductions or promotional operations cannot be combined with each other unless otherwise stated. On these occasions, it is possible that for the same stay, customers have paid different prices. Customers who have paid the highest price will in no case be entitled to a refund of the difference between the price they paid and the promotional price.
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
BOOKING CONDITIONS
THE CUSTOMER has the possibility of making his reservation online, by telephone or by mail, from the presentation of the pitches, accommodation and services offered on the site www.ecodomainelareverie.com.
All reservations must be accompanied by a payment including:
- A deposit, determined according to the rate chosen and depending on the date of reservation. This deposit will be between 30% and 100% of the total amount of the stay (rental only or rental with services).
- Any booking/reservation fees (€15) and subscription to cancellation-interruption of stay insurance.
Note that for stays of 1 and 2 nights on a camping pitch, the deposit requested is 100% of the amount of the stay.
Whatever the channel chosen, the reservation becomes effective only after the written confirmation of the reservation has been sent by L'écodomaine La Rêverie by email (and on request, by post) and, after receipt of the amount due from the deposit. , and any booking fees and cancellation insurance subscription fees.
RESERVATION ON WEBSITE
Concerning online reservations, for the order to be validated, the customer must accept, by clicking in the indicated place, these general conditions and validate his payment.
Following his reservation, the customer will receive a confirmation by e-mail containing the details of his stay (content of services, dates and duration, price and terms of payment). Electronic signature applicable to online sales
The online provision of the customer's credit card number and the final validation of the order will constitute proof of the customer's agreement:
- payment of the sums due for the reservation,
- signature and express acceptance of all operations carried out.
In the event of fraudulent use of the credit card, the buyer is invited, as soon as this use is observed, to contact our reception on 33 (0)9 88 28 23 95.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment for stays on pitches: the balance of the stay must be paid the day before departure or the day of arrival.
Rental stay payment: The balance of the stay must be paid, without reminder from the ecodomain, 30 days before the scheduled arrival date for the rental or on arrival at the campsite when the customer has not reserve.
In the absence of full payment on the agreed date, the ecodomain is entitled to consider that the customer has canceled his reservation and retains the sums already paid.
RIGHT TO RETRACT
According to Article L. 221-28 12° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation, transport, catering and leisure services provided on a date or according to a determined frequency.
PAYMENT METHODS

You can stay by bank card (cards accepted are those of the Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard networks). The transaction is immediately debited from the customer's bank card after verification of the latter's data. In accordance with article L.132-2 of the Monetary and Financial Code, the commitment to pay given by means of a payment card is irrevocable. By communicating the information relating to his credit card, the customer authorizes the ecodomain La Rêverie to debit his credit card for the amount of the deposit or the entire stay. To this end, the customer confirms that he is the holder of the bank card to be debited and that the name appearing on his bank card is indeed his.
Payment of the balance of the stay can be made by credit card, by holiday vouchers (sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt), in cash in euros and by check in euros up to 30 days before arrival at the eco-domain. Checks are not accepted on the ecodomain.
ALLOCATION OF LOCATIONS / ACCOMMODATION
The allocation of places (camping pitch) is carried out without distinction in the order of registration of reservations. The Management cannot under any circumstances guarantee that the pitch or rental requested by the CLIENT will be allocated to him unless the latter chooses the “preference” option when making his reservation. If the location of his choice is available, it will be assigned to him and, in return, he will have to pay a flat rate of €60. Nevertheless, in the event of force majeure, the “La Rêverie” eco-domain reserves the right to modify the allocation of the pitch or the rental.
CANCELLATION AND INTERRUPTION OF STAY INSURANCE
Cancellation and interruption of stay insurance is optional but the CUSTOMER is invited to take out insurance when booking. Its amount is a percentage of the total amount of the stay. This insurance covers in particular cancellations of stay in the event of illness (hospitalization), serious accident or death, claims resulting in significant damage to your home, dismissal or modification of your leave by the employer, following a summons to an examination. or in court. All the clauses of the cancellation insurance contract can be consulted on request and on our website. In the event of cancellation or interruption of stay, for a cause falling within the framework of the contract taken out, you must declare your claim within 10 working days.

CANCELLATION OF STAY
For any modification or cancellation of stay, a written request will be systematically requested. Your file number must be communicated in the subject of the email.
Cancellation scale for a stay at the “La Rêverie” eco-domain:
Unusual rental stay:
A. Cancellation before your stay, by yourself
In the event of serious illness, serious accident or death of a registered occupant, the stay will be fully reimbursed on medical proof or death certificate.
In the event of serious illness, serious accident or death of a family member not staying at the ecodomain, the stay will be postponed free of charge within 12 months of cancellation, on medical proof or death certificate only. No refund can be requested.
For any stay canceled and not falling within the cancellation clauses mentioned above, the following conditions apply:
- more than 30 days from the date of arrival, 35% of the amount of the accommodation will be withheld.
- between 30 and 8 days before the stay, 75% of the amount of the accommodation will be withheld.
- for any stay canceled within 7 days preceding the date of arrival, interrupted or not consumed, the entire amount of the reserved stay will be payable or will remain acquired by the “La Rêverie” eco-domain.
B. Modification before your stay
More than 15 days before the stay, the modification can take place free of charge, depending on availability, for the current calendar year only. In case of postponement to the following calendar year, an administrative fee of 5% on accommodation will be retained
Between 8 and 15 days of the stay, the modification can take place according to availability, on the current calendar year. We will retain 5% of the accommodation amount. In case of postponement to the following calendar year, an administrative fee of 10% on accommodation will be retained
Within 7 days of your stay, the date of stay cannot be changed.
C. Modification or cancellation of stay by the “La Rêverie” eco-domain BEFORE your arrival
In the event of an orange weather alert, with external events announced, beyond our control, such as bad weather, storms or thunderstorms, the management reserves the right to cancel your stay for security reasons. In this context, we will offer you the postponement of your stay
ur in unusual accommodation of our domain at a later date, within the current 12 months. If you have already left your home, we will offer to relocate you to other types of accommodation at no extra charge. And in this case only, you will benefit from a 50% reduction on a future equivalent stay in unusual accommodation on our estate within the current 12 months.
If you are not satisfied with any of these offers, all sums paid will be refunded to you; no other compensation may be claimed.
IF your reservation follows a gift voucher, the general conditions of sale concerning Gift Vouchers apply (5.): Gift Vouchers are not refundable. Your reservation can be postponed free of charge within 12 months
D. Modification or cancellation of stay by the ecodomain La Rêverie ON SITE
In the event of an Orange weather alert, with external events announced, beyond our control, such as bad weather, storms or thunderstorms, the management reserves the right to cancel your night in unusual accommodation, for security reasons. Relocation to other types of accommodation will be offered to you according to our availability and without supplement, and in this case only, you will benefit from a 50% reduction on a future equivalent stay in our unusual accommodation within the current 12 months. No other indemnity can be claimed. Only if we did not have a relocation solution available, all the sums paid would be refunded to you or a postponement of the date would be offered to you, within 12 current months.
E. Modification or cancellation of stay by yourself ON SITE
In the event of a refusal to access your accommodation for any reason whatsoever, no compensation can be claimed.
Stay on a camping pitch: For any stay canceled more than 30 days before the arrival date, a cancellation fee of €50, for each pitch, the booking fees and the possible subscription amount for the cancellation insurance will be retained. From 30 days before arrival or in the event of no-show at the campsite, the amount of the deposit is retained.
Non-consumption of additional services: The fact of not having used the services provided for the stay, cannot give rise to reimbursement.
Force majeure (Covid-19 and other declared pandemic):
Except by decree or order prevailing over the conditions set out below, any stay that cannot be honored will be subject to the following provisions:
- in the event of new government measures (mileage restrictions, national or local confinement, closure of establishments or borders, etc.) preventing your arrival, you will be offered a postponement of your stay for a period of 12 months. Under no circumstances will the stay be refunded.
- if one of the occupants is tested positive for Covid19 or in contact with Covid19 (or another virus declared as a pandemic), upon presentation of a work stoppage within 48 hours by email, a postponement of your stay will be offered to you for a period of 12 months from the initial date of stay. In the event of non-receipt of the document within 48 hours by our services, the stay cannot be postponed. Under no circumstances will the stay be refunded.
STAYS / OFFERS / RATES NON MODIFIABLE AND NON EXCHANGEABLE “NO FLEX”
The “La Rêverie” eco-domain can offer stays and rentals at preferential “no flex” rates on specific dates which are non-modifiable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable. The cancellation and modification conditions provided for above are not applicable.
Consequently, no reimbursement can be made, including the reimbursement of ancillary services which would have been reserved in addition.
LATE ARRIVAL, EARLY DEPARTURE
In the absence of a message from the CLIENT allowing acknowledgment of receipt, specifying that they had to postpone their arrival date, the pitch or accommodation becomes available 24 hours after the arrival date provided for in the rental contract. , and full payment of benefits remains required.
No reduction will be granted in the case of early departure for rental property (see reimbursement possibilities under the cancellation insurance).
In the case of an early departure during a stay on a bare pitch, we will keep the entire stay already paid for.
It is understood as a late arrival, any arrival taking place after 7:00 p.m. After 7:00 p.m. and until 9:00 p.m., a supplement of €15/hour started will be charged. From 9:00 p.m., no arrivals will be accepted. The CUSTOMER will not be able to demand any reimbursement and will have to find new accommodation on their own.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
For any stay in unusual rental accommodation, a security deposit of €150 will be requested at the latest on arrival at the ecodomain, this security deposit is also valid for bike rental. Payment may be requested by credit card. The latter will be returned in full on the day of departure or at the latest within eight days, after a cleaning check and satisfactory condition of the equipment. Otherwise, the security deposit will be taken in full. Damage greater than the amount paid cAs the security deposit will be charged to the customer after charging the security deposit.
HOUSEHOLD
The CUSTOMER must return his accommodation in a perfectly clean state. He can request that the cleaning be done by us, for a cleaning fee from €70 (amount may vary depending on the season – refer to the additional rates in force at the eco-domain.)
HOBBIES
Any free or paid activity mentioned on our website, in an email or offered on site may, in certain circumstances, be modified or canceled upon your arrival on the site.
MINORS
Minors unaccompanied by their parents are not accepted on the “La Rêverie” eco-domain. Inquire before booking.
ANIMALS
Only the camping part accepts pets, the unusual space is strictly forbidden to them for reasons of hygiene (beach, Nordic Experience, etc.)
Terms of reception on the campsite:
Only one pet is allowed per pitch, subject to the payment of a fixed sum per day. The CUSTOMER must indicate this when booking or upon arrival on site. Pets cannot move freely and must be kept on a leash. They are not allowed in collective premises (reception / toilets). Their acceptance meets two conditions:
- valid rabies vaccination
- identification by tattoo or chip attested by a card published by the Société Centrale Canine.
The customer must bring the animal's health record and comply with the internal regulations of each site.
Dangerous or aggressive animals (dogs of 1st and 2nd category prohibited) as well as new pets are not accepted.
Consumption of alcohol and cigarettes:
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside all the accommodations as well as in the sanitary trailer. No cigarette butts will be left in the environment. In the event of non-compliance, the entire deposit will be charged. For obvious security reasons, it is strictly forbidden to be intoxicated on the site of the “La Rêverie” eco-domain.
INTERNAL RULES
In order to facilitate the course of the stay of all our customers, internal regulations are available at the reception of the ecodomain. We thank our customers for reading and respecting it. In the event of obvious non-compliance with this regulation, the managers of the ecodomain may take sanctions which may go as far as the termination of the contract.
LOSS, THEFT, DAMAGE
The “La rêverie” eco-domain declines all responsibility in the event of theft and damage to personal items, both in the accommodation and in the common premises. The “La rêverie” ecodomain cannot be held responsible in the event of theft or damage to customers' personal items, except in the event of a proven breach by the ecodomain of its contractual obligations. It is also recalled that the car parks are not guarded and that parking is therefore at the risk and peril of the customer. The “La Rêverie” eco-domain also declines all responsibility in the event of an incident relating to the CLIENT's civil liability.
PERSONAL DATA
Customers' personal data is collected and processed by NATURALIS LODGES SARL. Some data is essential to manage the reservation of the CLIENT's stay and will also be used to send him information and/or promotional offers. In accordance with Article 40 of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, known as the Data Protection Act, the CLIENT has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete personal data concerning you. FORCE MAJOR
All circumstances beyond the control of the parties preventing the execution under normal conditions of their obligations are considered as causes for exemption from the obligations of the parties and lead to their suspension.
The party who invokes the circumstances referred to above must immediately notify the other party of their occurrence, as well as of their disappearance.
Will be considered as cases of force majeure all irresistible facts or circumstances, external to the parties, unforeseeable, inevitable, beyond the control of the parties and which cannot be prevented by the latter, despite all reasonably possible efforts. Expressly, are considered as cases of force majeure or fortuitous events, in addition to those usually retained by the jurisprudence of French courts and tribunals: storms, floods, lightning, earthquakes, fires, shutdown of telecommunications networks or difficulties specific to telecommunications networks external to the keysients blockage of means of transport or supplies.
The parties will come together to examine the impact of the event and agree on the conditions under which the performance of the contract will be continued. If the case of force majeure lasts longer than three weeks, the location and accommodation rental contracts will be automatically terminated.
NON-VALIDATION PARTIAL
If one or more stipulations of these general conditions are held to be invalid or declared as such pursuant to a law, a regulation or following a final decision of a competent jurisdiction, the other stipulations will retain their full force. and their scope.
NO WAIVER
The fact for one of the parties not to take advantage of a breach by the other party of any of the obligations referred to in these general conditions cannot be interpreted for the future as a waiver of the obligation. in question.
CONTRACT LANGUAGE
These general conditions of sale are written in French. In the event that they are translated into one or more foreign languages, only the French text shall prevail in the event of a dispute.
MEDIATION
In the event of a dispute that may arise regarding the validity, interpretation, execution or non-execution, modification or termination of the contract, the customer and Ecodomaine La Rêverie will endeavor to find an amicable solution. To this end, the customer will send his complaint by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to NATURALIS LODGES SARL – Lieu-Dit Thoreille – 21230 VIEVY, France

In the absence of response deemed satisfactory, by the customer or by the eco-domain La Rêverie, to a complaint formulated under the conditions mentioned above, the most diligent party will submit the dispute to MEDICYS, a mediation body initiated by the Chamber National Court Bailiffs. For the complete information of the customer, it is indicated to him that the recourse to MEDICYS is a free procedure for him, even if he would be at the initiative of his referral. APPLICABLE LAW
These general conditions are subject to the application of French law. This is the case for the rules of substance as well as for the rules of form. In the event of a dispute or complaint, the client should first contact the eco-domain “La rêverie” to obtain an amicable solution.
