Joshua was great so relaxed and answering any questions we had, he was also great at communicating when we had questions during the trip. We took the van into the Scottish highlands and it was great even on single track roads. It was luxury having heating and so much storage and we would definitely recommend hiring especially if you have a dog, they will love it! Thanks again for a great trip!
