We rented this campervan for an 8 day round trip around the Isle of Skye and the west coast of Scotland. We have stayed on both full service campsites and free parking spots through the Park4night app.
On pickup we were welcomed by the owners Kelly and Phil and their 2 lovely dogs from the picture (if you start throwing the ball you will not leave their yard for the duration of your trip) and we received good instructions on how to operate the campervan and systems on board.
The campervan was in Excellent condition, it managed to supercede our expectations. All things like the seat to bed conversion or raising the roof are easy to operate after some instruction. And when in doubt on something Phill is quick to respond to your text messages. In general the owners were really welcoming and approachable. And seeing we were flying in and couldn't bring alot of stuff Phil made sure to include some of the necessities like towels and linnen at our request. Just have a chat with Phil beforehand on the goals of your trip and your situation and I'm sure he will be able to help out or give advice.
We managed most of our journey on the solar panel which was sufficient to keep the fridge running and charge our appliances. We only plugged in once to charge the batteries.
To top it all off Phil gave us a ride to the airport to end our trip comfortably.
