Very smooth handover, perfectly clean vehicle, instructions for use all really clear, drove like a dream and all worked to plan. Couldn't ask for me - and Katie is a lovely person and really happy to help with tips and ideas, early pick up, flexible drop off times, etc. Highly recommended, very happy renter. Loved it.
