Naomi and her husband are so lovely and were so kind and welcoming when we picked up the camper. The process was really smooth and we were shown a lot of things in a very short space of time! The camper was easy to drive and we took it on the motor way, quieter roads, hills and lanes and it was all very manageable. We visited South Wales for 5 nights and Naomi was very easy going when we were expected back so had an extra few hours on the last day too which was lovely. We were all very comfortable and even though we are essentially 4 adults and it was cramped the camper was great. Fortunately the weather was great too so we could be outside. There was some feedback that I gave Naomi about the battery not lasting very well ( we like wild camping but could only do 2 nights as the battery didn't last) and because of this we needed more appliances to cook properly like a camping kettle and a frying pan but Naomi noted this and is going to supply them and I think put in a new battery?) The manual is full of great instructions but was at times quite confusing so I think could be made clearer in parts ( I think the fridge is different for the one on the book) Our car was also kept safely for the days we were away and I wasn't worried about its safety or security. Naomi was on hand on the phone when we had problems and answered really quickly. Over all a great experience and a lovely holiday and I would definitely recommend. Augustus 2026
