Communication with Keely was excellent from start to finish - she was quick to reply to my booking request and offered swift replies to my queries. We travelled from Devon and London by train - and arranged to meet at a Metro station car park. The van there waiting for us and the check in was easy. I think we had one query while we were away, which was answered immediately. Overall we had a great week away in the NE. We were volunteer crew with the Spine Ultra Race, based in Alston, Cumbria. Having the van was great as a base camp. We twinned it with a few days camping before and after - what a fantastic part of the country - big sky country., Good luck Keely - if we come back north seeking a van, we will contact you first x Juni 2026
