Everything was smooth and easy to do. Anna was absolutely lovely and showed us everything we needed to know. The online forms were a little lengthy but needed for all parties too know about the vehicle.
I have a border collie so myself and my father took him on an adventure around South Wales.
My father has problems with controlling his right arm and leg but he had no problem at all with accessing everything in and on the van.
The fridge was a life saver as I feed my dog on raw.
Also a few bottles of water in there overnight gave us cool water for our morning walks.
On handover after our little adventure Anna's met us with her lovely Labrador Skylar.
Handover was seemliness and after a chat about what we did we were on our way.
I would definitely recommend this van. It's really well equipped with plate, pans and even a corkscrew.
Anna was welcoming and friendly. All in all a wonderful experience all round.
