We had a great experience — definitely 5/5.
What we really appreciated from the start was the communication. Even though we don’t speak Dutch, everything was explained clearly in English and the contact was very friendly and welcoming. We also had a chance to briefly meet other family members and everyone was genuinely kind — those small things make a difference.
The camper itself had everything we needed and everything worked perfectly. It was clean, well maintained, and very comfortable to drive. We were pleasantly surprised by small details like dish soap, sponge, salt and pepper — things you don’t always get, but they make the experience much easier.
The 30-page document we received in advance was actually very helpful — clear, to the point, and it set expectations well. It made the whole process feel structured and smooth, even if it’s your first time renting a camper.
Pick-up and return were both easy and flexible. We especially appreciated being able to return earlier — it made our travel day much simpler.
We traveled as a couple with a dog and it worked perfectly — big plus for being able to bring a pet.
Overall, a very well-organized setup, a reliable and comfortable camper, and genuinely nice people to deal with. We would definitely rent again.
