Karen was a perfect host. She patiently answered every question we 'Campervan Novices' came up with. The handover went smoothly and Karen's explanations were detailed and concise. Heidi is a great Campervan. She looked after us very well, particularly on the steep and twisty Anglesey roads. We had a brilliant time. Everything worked prefectly well. I am happy to recommend Heidi to anybody - experienced Campervanner or Novice alike. We will certainly consider Heidi for our next adventure. Thank you Karen & Heidi.
