Alan gave a detailed explanation of how everything worked in the camper during handover. We went on to travel around Scotland, specially the west coast.
The campervan was great, our first time in one after owning a big motorhome for 6-7 years. It was clean and in good condition.
Alan was available immediately when we queried a couple of things with him which was very reassuring, and the handover on return was quick and efficient
